online communities are so strange because people slip away so easily. you can be on here for years, folding people you've never met into the fabric of your daily life, and then they disappear, leaving only ghost posts scattered across tumblr behind. or their blog stays dormant, for weeks, months, years, until you're only still following them because you remember that they love sunflowers or they were kind to you when they didn't have to be or the last thing they posted was sad and raw and you still worry about them sometimes.
and sometimes they come back when you least expect it, years later, even, and there's this sudden rush of relief like there you are, there you are, even though you barely knew each other.
there's a strange kind of love to it. i don't know you and i want to hold your hand across miles and time zones and oceans. i can still see the imprint of you in this community you left. you don't anyone will notice or care when you're gone, but we notice and we care and we wish you well.
i hope you're all okay out there. i hope the sun is shining on your face and you are breathing deeply. i miss you.
So my therapist has been helping me get to grips with my ADHD, and also the concept that Iâm not shit at being an adult, I just canât do things the way everyone has always told me to do them. Like every single âorganize your lifeâ books have always left me wanting to cry with frustration, and after I got hold of a copy of Organizing Solutions for People with ADHD by Susan Pinsky I realized that was because they primarily focus on âaestheticâ over âfunctionâ. And the function of most standard âorganize your life booksâ is to âmake things look Show Home Perfectâ.
So the standard âhide all your unsightly things by doing xyzâ may look nice for the first week or so, but by the end of the week itâll look like a tornado made of pure inhuman frustration ripped through the house as I try to find the fucking advil.
To give you an example of the kind of hell Iâve been fumbling my way through the last 20 odd years: dishes will be washed and left in the drying wrack but never put away. Which means I canât wash more dishes, which means dishes pile up, which means I canât make food, which means I donât eat, which means my CFS gets worse, which means I donât have the energy to put the dishes away, and so on so forth until I have a meltdown, cry to ETD (who also likely has ADHD but has never had it confirmed) about how I canât cope with life, and then we fix it for a while, but inevitably end up back at square one within about a week.
Pinskyâs solution to this was âremove an obstacle between you and your goal, if that means taking all the doors off your kitchen cabinets to make things easier, so be it.â
And lemme tell you, fucking revolutionary.
Laundry never ends up in the hamper??? why???? is it a closed hamper??? Remove the lid. Throw it out the window. Clothes are now miraculously finding their way into the hamper??? Rejoice????
Mail ends up spread out over every available flat surface? Put a sorting station right where your mail arrives. Put a shredder or âjunkâ basket under it. Shred or dump the junk immediately. Realize you only actually have two real letters that need attention, feel less overwhelmed, pay your bills on time.
Like Iâm not saying this book is miraculous, but it did help me realize that I was effectively torturing myself by trying to conform to certain ideals of âperfect house keepingâ, and presenting a certain image rather than just allowing myself to live in my space as effectively as possible. And why? Why was I doing that? Cause people with different lives and capabilities are perceived as the norm? Fuck that. If this was a physical problem I wouldnât be forcing myself to conform to an ableist standard, so why am I doing it with this?
My lived space will never look a certain way, and thatâs okay. It will never look show home perfect, and thatâs okay. It will likely always be cluttered and eclectic where nothing matches, and thatâs okay. Sometimes I will have odd socks on because sorting them out required too much mental energy, and thatâs okay. Actually fuck sorting socks, just buy all your socks in the same color. Problem solved. Boring sure, but also one less thing to do, which means more time to hyper fixate on fun things. Which really, what else is my life for if not to write screeds and screeds of vampire shit posts, I ask you.
As relaxing as I find this, I also find it oddly ominous and terrifying.Â
like, this is probably what you hear before you die???
this is what you hear as you walk through a dark forest feeling eyes on your back, and gradually you become aware of music playing and the closer you get the clearer this song becomes. itâs coming from a large abandoned church and you hear this through the stone walls and you stand rooted to the spot by the doorway too scared of what youâll see if you peer through the door. thereâs moss on the walls.
@demonwrestler
Itâs a song about domestic violence, actually. So yes, ominous and terrifying sounds about right.Â
hey ao3 can you like give the extra $38k you made from this monthâs funds drive to charity
You know it legally is a charity, right?
If x charity aims for ÂŁ10, but gets ÂŁ15, would you expect then to give back the extra five or give it then to another charity? No. Any extra costs go into the ârainy dayâ fund; sometimes servers crash or break, sometimes false reports are made that require the legal team, sometimes you need to hire coders or what not to implement new features or fix bugs or deal with broken code âŚÂ
The money they aimed for is the bare minimum, which goes towards things like basic server costs and domain names and legal advice and so forth, but they donât just âpocketâ the rest (as people claim). Itâs not a business. It has no advertisements. It needs some ârainy dayâ cash to function.Â
You canât ask a charity to give money to another charity.Â
It needs what it gets to function and improve.Â

They donât âpocketâ excess money. They have a publicly accessible budget - waaaay more info than most charities, in fact. In it, you can clearly see where each dollar goes. (Also, you are vastly underestimating either how much traffic AO3 gets or how much servers/hosting costs.) Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
In my experience, people who donât work in web design and hosting just have no concept of how heavy a load something like AO3 would have. Not only is the traffic absolutely buck wild, but the quantity of data that archive needs to store is fuckoff crazy. Iâm talking âmore than the library of congressâ crazy. The only reason it doesnât require Netflix levels of data serving is that itâs text based rather than video.
AO3 is in the top 300 websites in the world, and the top 100 in the US. It is the number 2 literature website.
Number 2 in the entire world. JSTOR is 20.
It sees about 6 million people a day. About 250k an hour. Each of those people is loading multiple pages, many are running searches that execute on literally hundreds of potential variables per search. The demands involved are astronomical.
JSTOR, btw, makes 85 million dollars a year.
Itâs 18 ranks below AO3â˛s traffic, and takes in 650 times the amount of money.
But letâs say you think thatâs an unfair comparison. Would you say that the Project Gutenberg Literature Archival Group- another text based archive that handles literature operating outside traditional copyright requirements- is more similar?
Because it sees all of 4% of the traffic that AO3 handles.
Care to guess its budget?
Double that of AO3.
AO3 is doing shit on the kind of shoestring budget that I fully, 100% cannot comprehend. And thatâs just the archival service.
The 130k also pays for the OTWâs legal team, which they use to defend the right of fandom to fucking exist.
Itâs absolutely batshit fucked up that people are fighting to have the OTW defunded and AO3 shut down. They are the only organized group that actually stands directly between fandom- all the art and the fics and the vids and the music and the chats and the memes and everything we love about interactive, transformative work- and an incalculable amount of lawsuits.
To expand, I think a lot of the people who are complaining are doing so because they donât yet have the life perspective to appreciate how little $190,000 actually is when it comes to running a business. $190,000 certainly sounds like a lot when your only comparison for it may be your parents or your own wages. When your exposure to finances is a rough understanding that $25,000(USD) per annum is low but survivable, $60,000 is a reasonably cushy comfortable existence, then it follows that $190,000 sounds ludicrous. Iâve had the wonderful opportunity to work at several non-profits throughout my career (and do currently) and one of the really eye-opening aspects of doing so is the financial transparency where annual expenses are gone over for the year. Where I work currently would not be able to exist on a paltry $190,000. In fact we are struggling to make ends meet at more than $500,000.Â
Because there is just so so so much more involved than you would think. First of all just contemplate rent space for all of those servers⌠Rent average for the area in which OTW is located is $5.94 per square foot, with an average total rent of $4,062 gives us an average square footage of about 683 (I live in a 500 sq ft apt which is exactly enough room for 1 person and 2 cats, I can maybe fit 4 people total in my combined kitchen/living area expecting a business to fit in the same parameters is laughable so Iâm doubling the sq. footage and estimating their servers etc take up about 1200 sq ft) so $5.94 for 1200 sq ft is rent of $7,128 a month or $85,536 a year. So now $190,000 drops to $104,464.Â
Now, how much electricity do all of those servers need? And how much electricity is required to keep the hvac system operating to keep all of those servers cool enough to function? I really donât want to do the math for that. Please donât make me. But you start to get the idea⌠That there are a lot more hard costs involved just in necessities of remaining in operation, forget growth and maintenance.Â
And if you actually check on their OTW Finance: 2018 Budget Update tab youâll see that they had to overhaul their servers this year and that cost $115,000 on itâs own (where I work we just had to replace landline phones and it was $20,000+, I canât imagine having to replace computer servers)Â And then they have legal costs, fundraising, etc. Which when you look at each of these sections they are really spending quite modestly (I love that Con outreach was $50, because basically all they could afford to do was hand out flyers).Â
TLDR: You know that meme where NASA cries tears of joy having $60 to buy more moon rocks with? Thatâs equivalent to this $38,000 yâall losing your shit over. Ao3 is not ripping anyone off or being greedy, people just have a poor understanding of how much it costs for a business (especially a tech-based one) to operate.Â

Looking at this makes me so tired.
Every year, multiple times a year, they convince ppl to fork out thousands of dollars andâŚ.literally nothing changes. Thereâs no doubt in my mind theyâre pocketing most of this money lol
Thatâs whatâs so wild to me. Theyâve made exactly 0 changes other than adding the âExcludeâ tags and that def doesnât take 130k.
You know if any of you actually bothered to click the link itâll take you to their budget update and break down exactly what the spend the money on, over 70% of which is spent on server expenses, monitoring tools and system licences.
They also spent a good amount of the rest of the 30% budget on significant server overhaul costs.Â
AO3 is literally a service you get for free and the audacity youâd have to not bother reading the very open budget plan they have, but to then bitch and whine about people donating to keep the site running is wild.Â
https://archiveofourown.org/admin_posts/11192
the anti-ao3 reblogs are all ants so of course, if youâre entitled enough to harass the fans and creators of a show over your ship, youâre going to want free novels posted daily for that ship without the dire inconvenience of a donation banner getting in your way. anyway, if you have a couple bucks to throw ao3âs way, please consider it! theyâre a big part of the reason fanfic still exists as a free medium for fandom.
eta: literally the funniest thing about this post is that it singlehandedly ended ao3âs fund drive in record time. grats op.
HA nice
listen up, goyim, because iâm gonna say this once and once only.
antisemitism is a form of oppression, but it relies on a different mindset. it is a different ballgame than ANY sort of prejudice you know. yknow why? because to antisemities, jews arenât lesser (well, we are, but thatâs not the important thing). weâre successful.
thatâs the kicker.
antisemities WANT you to believe that jews are doing well, because if weâre doing well, weâre not REALLY being persecuted. it all goes back to the protocols of the elders of zion: the jews are taking over. the jews are a threat. therefore, if theyâre a threat, itâs only right to kill them. itâs only right to ghettoize them. itâs only right to have exterminated 40% of the worldâs jewish population in the 40s.
nevermind the fact that antisemitism makes up nearly 50% of all religious hate crimes in the us. nevermind the fact that jews make up less than 2% of the worldâs population. nevermind the fact that jews, historically, have been scapegoated and killed and othered for literal millenia. i mean, who cares, because jews are rich and powerful, right?
donât fall for it. donât fall for the centuries-old claim that jews are just faking it. listen to us. support us.
and the next time you brush off antisemitism because âoh, itâs not a big deal, jews are successfulâ, take a good hard look at yourself and realize that youâre spouting the same nazi propaganda that killed six million people.
if yâall reblogged my other jew posts you should look at this one too. really important point.
this is literally so fucking funny
So I bought this and one of the best parts is that you can buy it With Glitter or No Glitter. I almost got it with glitter to surprise my girlfriend with until I saw in the FAQ that they specifically say you should probably not get it with glitter. And if I have learned anything about CAH through the years itâs that they mean exactly what they say. Iâm picturing just a shitstorm of glitter. Consider buying it for the people in your life who are dicks.
I am buying it for myself WITH glitter RIGHT NOW
This may be a bad idea, but I donât give a single shit I NEED it
and then there were none

This person is my new best friend
Farming systems need to fit into their natural and social environment. Sometimes we describe this as a socio-ecological niche.
Caption;Â
In a minute.
So, taking it that you said you live in Arizona and âyour family has a farm in Chihuahua,â A quick congratulations are in order. Youâre an absentee landowner! Youâre right at the peak of farmingâs social pyramid. Living the dream.
So you probably donât participate in the day-to-day management, you just collect checks. Pretty common situation for absentee landlords. From that distance, itâs understandable that you have a poor grasp on water, land, and how they play out in various types of agriculture.
But letâs take a step back.
Lots of cultures have used low or no meat diets. The Ganges valley, ancient Egypt, China, much of early Europe, ect.
Notice anything in common there?
Theyâre all very, very wet. Plants that are edible for humans grow readily.
They also had intense hierarchies where elites could just tell the lower classes they werenât allowed to eat meat-whether via religious teachings, custom, or just straight-up economic exploitation to where animal protein was unattainable. But thatâs a whole different discussion.
On the other hand, lots of cultures have used mostly or all animal diets.
E.G. The Bedouin, Mongols, Maasai, Inuit, ect.
What do these have in common? Theyâre in places that are either very dry or very cold. Either the plants that grow are very sparse & tough, or none at all.
Humans can only digest specific types of plant matter. We need tender stems, leaves & fruit; enlarged seeds, or energy storing roots.
The entire rest of the plant is inedible for us. Stalk, branch, dry leaves, ect.
And without intense irrigation, the only plants that grow in dry areas are entirely made of things that humans canât digest. Theyâre almost entirely cellulose. Tough stalks, fibrous leaves covered in wax and hair, thorns, ect.
Thatâs why we call these areas âscrubâ. The only use humans can make of the natural vegetation is to scrub pots.
ButâŚcows, sheep, goats, horses, bison, deer, camels & other ruminants can digest all of it.
Thatâs what those 3 and 4 chambered stomachs are for. These animals GI tracts are fermentation chambers full of microflora that break long, tough cellulose molecules down into sugars and fatty acids that the cow can use.
We canât do that. We eat straw, we just poop out straw.
Thatâs why people living in deserts, scrub & dry grasslands arenât vegetarian. Theyâd starve. They kept close to the animals that can digest what grows there; ruminants.
(The oceanic food chain that Inuit & other maritime peoples are looped into is a whole 'nother discussion.)
Failure to recognize the role of local environment in diet is a major oversight in the vegetarian community at large, so again, no personal blame here.
Traditional vegetarian societies are trotted out to showcase that low/no meat diets are possible. But itâs done w/o recognition as to why 'those particularâ societies did it, and others did not.
Paying attention to local environment is a huge part of sustainability, and yet sustainability movements donât always do so well at that.
We can also fall short by failing to recognize that for dry regions, the bottleneck in productivity isnât land, itâs water.
As an absentee landowner, you may or may not be aware of how much irrigation water it takes to grow vegetables in a desert. Math time.
Letâs start w. cows. Best figures for cow carrying capacity in landscape similar to Chihuahua are for dry part of CO. Double that for Chihuahuaâs longer growing season, and 10 cows would need about 73 acres to live on (wild scrub w no irrigation.)
Cool, so we donât have to irrigate to feed those cows. All we have to do is give them drinking water. How much? A cow needs about 18.5 gal/day, so 10 of them for a year would need about 67,000 gallons.
67,000 gallons is a decent amount of water.
Now letâs look at how much it takes to grow vegetables on that same land.
Most plant crops need about an acre-inch of water per week.
For the non-farmers and absentee landlords following along, an acre-inch is just how much water it takes to cover an acre of land 1â deep.
Itâs about 27,000 gallons.
An acre of crops needs that every single week.
Chihuahuaâs got this amazing long growing season. So letâs say a veggie, grain, soybean or other plant protein farm in Chihuahuaâs got crops in the ground 40 weeks out of the year.
73 acres x 40 weeks x 27,000 gallons/week = 79 MILLION gallons of water.
Thatâs a thousand times more water.
It takes a thousand times more water to grow an acre of crops for human consumption, than it takes to grow an acre of cow on wild range.
Again, as an absentee farm owner you may or may not be aware already. But for audience at home, most of Chihuahuaâs irrigation water comes from the Rio Conchos.
The riverâs drying up so hard that itâs the subject of a dedicated WWF preservation project.
âBut thatâs not a fair comparison. An acre of crops can feed 10x as many people as an acre of cattle.â
Exactly. A crop-only diet can feed 10x as many people. But it takes 1000x as much water.
In places where thereâs limited land and a surplus of water, it makes a lot of sense to optimize for land, so there, grow & eat crops.
And in places where thereâs a lot of land and limited water, it makes sense to optimize for water, So there, grow & eat ruminants.
Itâs really interesting to me that the conversation around vegetarianism & the environment is so strongly centered on assumptions that every place in the world is on the limited land/surplus plan.
You know what region that describes really well? Northwestern Europe.
In many ways, viewing low/no meat diets as the One True Sustainable Way is very much a vestige of colonialism. It found a farmway that works really well in NW Europe, assumed it must be universal, and tries to apply it to places where it absolutely does not pencil out.
The vegans keep saying beekeepers "steal" honey and that bees didn't do all that work for humans, etc. I think they're anthropomorphising the fuck out of bees. They think that bees are going to, what? Relax and kick back once all the frames are full? Bees are not people! Work for bees is not like work for humans, making honey isn't a dead-end job or even subsistence farming, it's just what they do! Vegans who think that all animals should and do have the same morals as they do are wild.
They really are. You canât really apply human drives to bees; weâre set up so incredibly differently.Â
Making honey for bees isnât workâŚitâs more likeâŚa basic instinct. Like breathing or eating is for humans. And thereâs no âwe have enough we can stopâ switch.Â
If left completely as nature intended in a world where humans werenât a thing, honeybound hives would peter out over time and eventually die out. By that point theyâve spawned many swarms, and many new hives. Old honey would be robbed out by animals and other bees, the hollow trees the hive was in would decompose, the wax left behind would rot, ashes to ashes, dust to dust.Â
But we donât live in that world, and so most new swarms donât find hospitable hollow trees, and by regularly harvesting excess honey and maintaining the hives a colony can be maintained essentially indefinitely.Â
And thus, veganism with the focus solely on ridding oneâs life of animal products instead of a mindful reduction of suffering of living beings through accessible means is not as helpful as it is both self-righteous and self-flagellating.
Nail, head.Â
Not to mention how they went after John Boyega for a full year before TFA even came out. But y'all were falling over yourselves to defend Adam Driver because someone called him ugly once. And letâs not rule out the white women who are just as complicit as their male counterparts. Y'all are trash too.

So Scientology has recently been purchasing ad spots on social media sites including Twitter and Facebook. Scientology has always worked hard to recruit young people it seems like theyâre investing in social media as well now. I know most people think Scientology is a joke but itâs a seriously dangerous cult which uses fear, extortion, violence, vandalism and various other unethical actions against those who oppose them both inside and outside the church. Here is key information on the abuses committed by Scientology:Â
â˘Scientology uses a form of pseudo-therapy called auditing which focuses largely on embarrassing and traumatic memories. Scientology collects the information you share and uses that information to threaten you if you oppose the church. They also charge huge amounts of money for auditing sessions (which is why they really are doing all this).
â˘They are extremely anti-psychology and psychiatry and pressure you against taking any antidepressants, anti-anxiety medication or any other drugs for mental health.
â˘They believe homosexuality can be âcuredâ and are blatantly homophobic. â˘Enemies of the church are labeled âsuppressive personsâ and it is forbidden to communicate with such people. This isnât just to limit the negative press they receive but also is a manipulative tool. If you are in the cult and decide to leave or criticize the church you stand the risk of being completely cut off from your friends and family. âSuppressive Personsâ are often also harassed, stalked, or threatened.Â
â˘If youâre new to Scientology and your family or friends are worried about you being in a cult youâre instructed to cut them out of your life, increasing your reliance on the support system (though thereâs nothing supportive about it) the church give to you.Â
â˘Scientologyâs doctrine includes the concept of âFair Gameâ. This basically says that those who are judged a threat to the Church can be punished and harassed by any and all means possible.
â˘Because of this, they have no moral qualms about having their members lie in court which they use to defend themselves from lawsuits or charges that theyâve broken the law and also to help win lawsuits against their enemies. â˘They essentially spied on and stole information from the IRS and tried to frame the mayor of Clearwater Florida for a hit and run.Â
â˘Scientology filed 50 different lawsuits in one year against the Cult Awareness Network, an anti-cult organization. Using false testimony they won one of the suits and because the organization couldnât pay the fine Scientology took the organizations name and logo so if you were calling to get out of Scientology youâd be unknowingly telling Scientology of your intentions. (For full transparency my mom was a member of the Cult Awareness Network before it was taken over and was sued individually by the Church of Scientology)Â
â˘Scientology has an official branch known as the Sea Org, a mixture between a paramilitary group and slavery, comprised of their most dedicated members including many children/teens whoâve been raised in Scientology. This is where some of the most rampant and terrifying abuse in Scientology occurs.Â
â˘Sea Org members often work over 100 hours a week for Scientology for around 2$ per hour.
â˘Sea Org memberâs living conditions are terrible; they live in overcrowded communal rooms with up to 12 other people, are not given healthcare unless there is a free clinic in the area, often are forced to miss meals or sleep in order to successfully completed their work.Â
â˘Several former Sea Org members have accused the church of physical abuse. â˘Sea Org members may not have children and women who have become pregnant have reportedly been forced/coerced by their higher-ups to have abortions.Â
â˘Leaving Sea Org without permission automatically makes you a suppressive person, so young adults whoâve been raised in Scientology who want to leave are cut off from everyone theyâve ever known with no money or job and getting permission to leave can require 3 years of hard labor, social isolation, and group pressure.
thie above is 100% true. one of my friends has scientology and other cults as a special interest. there are hundreds of pages of documentation of their abuse that you can publicly read about.
itâs one of the scariest âreligionsâ youâll ever meet if not THE scariest because it was PURPOSELY created to make money. unlike most cults that do have some seed of genuine belief however twisted and off base the founders are, scientology was never a belief system - it was a get rich quick scheme for a terrible hack author who saw that there was more money to be made in manipulating people into a cult and then not letting them leave. higher and higher levels of scientology, which you have to take to be truly âclearâ aka free of evil spirits, will cost you thousands and even millions of dollars. they will literally hook you into a billion year contract and then pursue you for any money you âoweâ them, thousands of âback feesâ for their religious training, if you try to leave.
oh and it has literally driven people to suicide as part of its goal to keep âsuppressive personsâ from spreading information. someone even made a fucking song about its abuses.
stay the fuck away from anything marked scientology or dianetics. narconon (NOT the same as narcotics anonymous, the 12 step program) is also their thing. never even step FOOT into one of their free dianetics âauditing sessionsâ because they will use it to manipulate you into joining. they are incredibly persistent and will use every trick in the book to get you on board.
scientology: not even once.
Off the top of my head, a non-exhaustive list of âBrand Namesâ used by Scientology:

I can add nothing to this post except to say that this is true. Iâve crossed paths with these people several times. Itâs a fascinating and terrible psychological control.
do you ever feel victimized by fanfic authors when you make them fanart and then they give YOU compliments and you try to give THEM compliments and its a vicious cycle??? âĽâĽ ft. @nicolareed
This is the best XD and so true đ I love how authors and artists can inspire each other back and forth~

âItâs hard to get a job, hard to make a living, hard to have a normal social life when all your friends and family know you believe in ethnic cleansing.â
GOOD
DESTROY THEIR LIVES
Let me be clear, as much as I want to just respond CRY MORE, BABIES I object to the use of the word âdoxxingâ in this case.
I have BEEN doxxed. I have been stalked online. I have had people go through my journals and my pictures to try to identify me for malicious purposes. I have had people search me on court websites to try to find the charges I filed against an ex when he stole from me, for the purposes of trying to humiliate me about an online roleplaying game. (No, really.) Iâve had people try to match up pictures of the flowers outside my synagogue and the building in the background with pictures of synagogues in the Philly area to try to fuck with my life.
So I know the kind of gut-clenching, cold down the back of your neck, hands-shaking fear that comes with being doxxed. I do. Itâs happened to me more than once. It will probably happen to me again, because Iâm a loud fat queer femme Jewish disabled activist, and boy does that piss people off.
But let me be clear: I was existing as a person that someone else didnât like in those cases. I was existing as queer, I was existing as âsomeone I donât like on a game.â I was not showing up in public, carrying a torch, and advocating for the massacre of millions of people. When you show up in public carrying a torch, you are not being doxxed.
You are being IDENTIFIED.
This is such a fantastic distinction, THANK YOU.
When you show up in public carrying a torch, you are not being doxxed.
You are being IDENTIFIED.
This is a very useful distinction from the âso-and-soâs a Nazi, hereâs their addressâ sort of thing that can be so easily thrown at non-Nazis just as easily as Nazis.
Remember, if you got spotted in the mob, and you lost your fucking job: youâre a nazi and youâre fired. Its your fault.
VIKTOR,,,
WHY
DIDNâT YOU
TELL HIM
THAT YOUR COSTUME ALSO PORTRAYS AN IMAGE OF LINGERIE AND BONDAGE
our sweet lil katsudon didnât know what he gettin into
Itâs Victor tho. He prolly said it once in Russian in an interview. Yuuri found out about it. Bottom line, Yuuri knows.
I refuse to believe that there is anything the âsweet lil katsudonâ wouldnât know about Victorâs various performances and costumes. He mightâve known them better than Victor, honestly.
The hilarity might be in the fact that Yuuriâs most important reason for choosing this costume is implied to be unrelated to its imagery : itâs the costume of his love at first sight the first time he saw Victor skating, which is emotionally significant to him. Also, it fits his theme.
And then, regardless of whether Yuuri does know or not, across from him Victor is likely thinking OMG MY POLE DANCING SEXPOT IS PICKING MY LINGERIE AND BONDAGE COSTUME, WE SHARE FETISHES OMG THIS IS THE BEST ROMANCE IâVE EVER BEEN IN with a perfectly straight face.
