Almost left this as a comment but you would be the typa mfer to have a problem with jobless reincarnation. You'd be like "oh the protagonist is icky" as if the core of the story isn't him stopping from being a sleezey scumbag to make better choices and protect the people around him and try for a better life with this second chance he's stumbled into. You'd be like "I didnt even say I had an issue with the protagonist" and nitpick some other random ass thing about the show without ever watching past the episode. Tbh I think if I didn't enjoy your music so much ida blocked u over your dogshit takes you drop at times cause like bro you genuinely owe it to yourself to at least try to experience half the shit you say you dont like cause we both know the bulk of it you took one look at or read one YouTube comment on and swore it off when in reality youre robbing yourself of some pretty cool stuff and inspiration youd find value in. Like the issues you seem to take with a lot of things seem to be super surface level which speaks to how little you've engaged with them. I guess it really just comes off as you being too good for a lot of the stuff your moots recommend you, and it makes us not want to recommend you stuff. Read and delete, but try some things Puki. Some things arent meant for everyone, but you should try, especially if the people your music gels with are reccing it to you.
This is a you-problem. Most people don't have issues recommending me things. It was a follower who suggested I watch Ascendance of a Bookworm, which I loved enough to pick up the novels and read the entire 33 volume series over. I think you're projecting a lot of your own personal tastes onto everyone else, but it's not as widely-applicable a stance as you might believe. I watched season 1 of jobless when it came out, so your assumption about me being 'too good' for certain shows is off-base. The show had good qualities, but was ultimately marred by its sleazy protagonist coupled with its own weakly-reinforced themes, and the tonal-incongruency that that caused for me. There's a pretty crucial difference between intent and claiming intent. I don't think claiming a story does something always means it actually succeeds in doing said thing, and in this instance, it doesn't. At least, it didn't do enough regarding his perversity for me to feel he learned the lessons needed in order for the story to justify his adventure happening as it does.
I felt the karmic scales hadn’t quite been equalized in the story from where I left off. Perhaps that changes, but I don't care, it changes too late for me to care. I have no qualms with a bad-guy protagonist IF the story supports such a thing, but jobless doesn't do that for me. I have no interest in a story that claims to be about a man reforming his creepy ways as he: an adult reincarnated as a kid - uses that opportunity to peep, flirt and get intimate with literal, non-reincarnated, normal children (even after his reformation, if I recall). That's an oxymoron that I feel no desire trying to find a loophole for.
