Here Be Dragons

it was someone's personal website, maybe a married couple; it was not neondragonart because I'm pretty sure that I found her much later (I found her art through that first book that came out in 2007, and I remember being on this blog around, like... 2004.)

I remember there being artwork (maybe portraits, definitely full body drawings) of many many many original characters; sometimes solo, sometimes paired up. the designs were simple, like an almost all-black dragon with silver horns, face fins, and wing membranes, or a red dragon with yellow wing membranes, etc. I want to say that the art wasn't very complex either; think "scale pattern brush with airbrush highlights+shadows". the faces were usually a little blocky and rounded in the snout, not long and pointy. there maybe was a page that had all of the characters listed, and then each character had their own page with all of their art.

I also remember reading original stories on the site, though they weren't very long. I think the art posts would usually have some kind of short fiction included. I feel like there was also a page of the site that was a little online shop, and maybe they had custom-painted windstone editions dragons in it? hard to say on that part though. I think they did have clay figurines of some sort.
