I bought them Recently. Very happy to have more Teto in my life.

Next goal is probably 115.

I think that Endurance is all that matters.

It's been over a year since I started.

From over 150 to under 120.

Sure it's slow but I'm glad.

After being depressed for a while for reasons I finally got back on track and am at a new low since half a decade or so.

Went all the way up to 135kg or so during that time and now I'm almost below 120kg.

Oh totally forgot to Update this. About another 10 kg. Day 61, Original weight ~150kg.

I kinda hope my loss rate goes down.

Day 31 of trying to not be a fat fuck anymore. I'm down like 10kg. Good Job me.

I'm gonna buy the next few parts at my local store soon.

With the purchase I got a PDF as well but who reads from a PDF? I hate e-books.

Anyways I have to say it's absolutely amazing in design and material used for the production.

The book has a format similar to an A4. (Maybe even exactly A4, I didn't measure it)

The pages have an amazing feel to them, over all one of the best Books I've purchased so far.

So If you couldn't afford it before, maybe now you can.
