Also cooked vegetables are more easily digestible than raw vegetables! People always act like raw vegetables are the healthiest but that is NOT true if you have a sensitive digestive system. Roast that shit.

#the digestibility is important #I know that when I eat raw carrot it makes my mouth itch #but cooked carrots don't bother me #some veggies are less INFLAMMATORY if you cook them #you can also find articles about vegetables that are healthier raw vs cooked that make decent recommendations #cooked veggies are your friend right now in light of the recent problems with contaminated bagged salads #but still #eat your veggies
