Alex began to do her investigation. She prowled around the location where the princess was taken. Finally she found her opportunity to attack and rushed in taking out the members that kidnapped her quickly and easily. She went to the princess “you ok?” She asks untying her

Though that wasn’t the case for this situation. “You’re kidding me? They sent a damn mercenary to rescue me. How cheap can my family get?!” The princess says, sounding quite irritated once freed

“There’s a reason I was hired. I’m stronger than any guards you have.” She says glancing back “you’re welcome, and also for your information I don’t come cheap.” She says and leads her out “just stay close and keep quiet.”

Though now her curiosity was peaked, wondering why this person out of anyone would take a rescue mission of all things. She’d just have to hold her questions till after they reached a safe distance.

She kept walking and leading her back to the kingdom. She kept a look out for any dangers and would look back to check on the princess

That would be shown once one of the remaining captors tried to ambush, only for something to ring out in the silence. A hole right between the person eyes, clear through before they dropped dead, a glowing weapon in the princesses hand.

She nods “not bad. With the right training you wouldn’t even need me.” She says with a smirk “well let’s keep going. We’re almost back.” She says continuing to lead her back
