I use to look for mistakes but now I learn from them. It is always OK to ask for help, admit you are wrong, seek support, make mistakes, do it the hard way, do it the "right" way, cry, yell, punch a pillow, get a therapy session, write a post, rant a lot, give support, ask for support, eat the veg you might not like, delete the app that’s holding you back, remove the friendship that is toxic, & believe in yourself every day even after making mistakes because we are human & that is what life is about. Dwelling on something you can’t change from your past is like owning an ice cream store, being in it, and also being allergic to ice cream. 🍦 Design the life you want by learning to learn from your mistakes & experiences.
