Bree shrugged at Dotty’s question, playing with her straw. “Yeah, most of the time. It just sucks not always getting the appreciation you deserve.” While Bree was sure she was worth so much more than most people give her credit for, whenever she speaks her mind around her friends, people like Dotty, it always felt like whining.

As Little Mouse sipped on her drink, her eyes were solely focused on her friend. Whereas most of the time, they'd be trained around the room for any signs of.. well, anything she could find uselful to her, she was listening to Bree this time. "I appreciate you. And I'm sure many other people do, they just don't say it."

“Of course she has. Have fun with it,” Bree said with a smile, sipping her drink. “It’s the same for me,” she shrugged. “Tiering, but worth it. Most of the time.”

Sitting at the bar, waiting for her drink, Bree looked to her friend. “So how’s work?” she asked with a smirk on her face, making small talk as she leaned her head on her hand.

Though she'd been away, Dotty knew she'd end up missing something remotely exciting. It seemed that drinking with Bree was one of those things. "Work's great. Viv's just given me a good job to do, so I'm planning." Little Mouse chuckled, before thanking the bartender for their drinks. "How're things on your end?"

“Ryan was the wolf I mistook for a lamb. You know by now how I dislike being mislead. You can have whatever you wish to get him. If anyone gives you trouble, you tell them to see me. I’d also like Daniella and Violet to myself, but I shalln’t be too greedy. They have attacked the Nest, the Diamond, and our sense of safety. Anyone who wishes to harm them shall have their wish. All Jokers are targets, except for my son.”

“Those are the words I like, Viv. I don’t need Daniella. Violet, I’d like to chip in with, but if you want her, you can have her. All Jokers, got it. This is fun.”
