Epilepsy is the 4th most common neurological disease in the nation.Β In fact, 1 in 26 people will be diagnosed with epilepsy at some point in their lifetime. Yet epilepsy remains misunderstood by the general public, discriminated against, and underfunded in research initiatives.

Iβve contemplated speaking on this for 3 days now, the world we live in can be indescribable at times, we are just starting this journey and the questions of β Will this hinder our path , will people make it seem like a joke? Or that we want sympathy? Ya know preparing us for whatever may come of it. But we beat this shit EVERY SINGLE DAY. Weβve lived 20-30 minutes apart our entire life but it wasnβt until March that I got to know him personally other than the street talk. Weβve spoke on his drug addiction in interviews, I had no tolerance of it due to passing of friends and celebrities. It wasnβt until I noticed the lean addiction that something was physically wrong. I can count over 5 seizures. Thatβs just one month.Once sober, The seizure became worse.

We did a show in Atlanta & it was the typical set up , flashing lights ... he did a great show... but on the way home our excitement wen to fear bc what i thought was him sleeping , was in having a seizure & I knew he had been sober that night... He told me about his condition. He suffers from Generalized seizures. Itβs definedΒ || involving multiple areas of the brain at once. People are rarely aware of what's happening. The most well-known type falls in this group: the generalized tonic-clonic seizure, also known as a grand mal seizure. These are frightening to watch and can be an emergency.
& It all made sense , the lights brought it on.I began looking into his condition & understood it more. CBD oils and natural ways to help.
I recall a month ago, us having to cancel shows, photoshoots interviews due him having a seizure while on FACETIME with me. The fears I canβt but into words.

Every single day is an battle on the body. Some days he just donβt feel like doing anything from being weak. He has to watch what he eats, they recommend he get up to 12 hours of sleep. Thatβs 1/2 a day. Do yβall know how hard it is for MOST clubs to turn off their flashing lights? Most canβt completely without us doing a show in the complete dark. (S/o to @relcarter and the @realcartertour bc we did there event in the complete dark. ) Heβll tough it out and those shows are the ones were the judges or feedback states β You had your eyes closed or we couldnβt see your eye bc he wore shadesβ lol. But never the less EPILEPSY doesnβt prevail....
Heβs built FORD TOUGH πͺπΎ
First aid is to never but anything in their mouth & do not hold them down and watch until itβs over.
