What I need right now is to travel, to see new places that are completely foreign to me, to experience something new & to grow from that experience. To go places where I can admire nature in all its glory and fall in love with life & this world over and over again.

I aspire to be an elegant woman who is well read, fluent in many languages, who takes frequent trips to the ballet and opera, knowledgeable in art, dances the night away at galas and balls, who always smells exquisite and dresses magnificently. I can’t wait to be this woman.

There is a therapeutic power in cleaning. Open all the windows. Throw out the old. Clean your space. Burn sage & incense/candles. Make tea. Do your laundry. Clean & exfoliate yourself from head to toe. Then rest. That way the tears from last night don’t feel as heavy.

The good thing about life is that everything I’ve ever lost, it’s been replaced with something bigger and better. I never lack, I just transition.

Tell them that yes, you do plan on spending your money, your time, and your energy on yourself first. Unabashedly tell people “no” with no explanation.
