I'm stuck in the worst plateau. I know that if I just stay consistent it will pass but it's soooo disappointing to see the same number every morning. I guess maintaining is better than gaining, but still :(

Guys I'm going to a Renaissance festival in November and I'm gonna wear a corset. If I can not fuck up and get to my next gw by then my waist will be ✨ nonexistent✨

I want to go for a run but it's raining outside :(

I recently started back as a dancer at a club in my area and it's been the most motivating thing for me. I'm only 9lbs away from being at my lowest weight (111) again after falling off the wagon hard and the girls are so nice. Every shift we hype each other up.

2lbs down in 3 days. Gonna celebrate by water fasting todayyyy 😗

Proud of myself today. I have been in the worst binge cycle ever for the last month. I have been doing pretty good for a few days now and today after I got off work my husband wanted to go out on a dinner date. I had technically already reached my limit for today, so instead of getting whatever I wanted and telling myself to restart tomorrow, I got the lowest count item on the menu, which added up to roughly my usual limit and decided that I will water fast tomorrow to equal it out.

Not me saving all my çåls to go out ✨clubbing✨ tonight.

Was doing so good and then I binged last night. Apparently I don't hate myself enough to be consistent 🙃
