everything hurts, i am so tired, i’ve slept 12 hours a day for the last 4 days and it still isn’t enough.

eating for the first time in 2 days and immediate tummy ache, i have to pull myself out of this hole and stop neglecting myself.

so fucking sick to my stomach right now

never in my life have i made someone i love hate me and hurt them so badly and there is nothing i can do to fix it or make it better,

i don’t know what the hell is wrong with me

i never deserved that kind of love

ruining everything good in my life because i can’t move past toxicity 👍
