Three things cannot long be hidden.

“I’m bored.” Theo whined, voicing his thoughts out loud, as he tried to focus on the toy Yuuzaki gave to entertain him. 

“I don’t care. Focus on your game.” Yuuzaki said.

“….Still booooreeeed- Ah, shit.” It dropped. He kicked it back up, but released a exaggerated sigh in hopes that Yuuzaki would just give up, and entertain him. Besides, how could he focus on this game when he had a hot guy in front of him? To Theo, it was a once in a life time opportunity. Okay maybe like, a 30 in a life time opportunity.

“You’re playing with a hacky sack, why are you bored?”

“‘Cus you’re being so quiet. Are you always this boring?”

Yuuzaki didn’t say anything, but he was clearly irked at that comment, and continued lounging on the couch to ignore Theo.

“I’m bored! Play with me, Maya!”

“I said to call me Yuuzaki. Now, be quiet for a moment. I’m trying to get a moment of peace, and I don’t need some chihuahua yapping in my ear.”

“But-”

“No.”

Maybe he was just in denial. Theo was very sure his presence was needed around the seemingly grumpy, and lonely man. It was time to intiate “Plan Make Maya Miss Me”. “Maybe I don’t need you.” Theo pouted in response, not looking back. 

“Then have fun with the loan sharks.”

“Wait-”

“Bye, Theo.”

“WAIT!”

“Treasure.” he responded. His expression was blank. They stared at each other. Yuuzaki blinked. If all was silent, and still; you could probably hear the wind passing through Theo’s head. Theo could feel the surging sexual tension. Yuuzaki on the other hand was probably wondering what he should make for dinner tonight. 

“Wait, really?! Do you have like a diamond lodged in where your eye used to be? Are you really a pirate? Really, Maya, really?!” his eyes gleamed from Yuuzaki’s response.

“No.”

“…It’s not anything interesting, really.  You don’t really need to see it.” Yuuzaki finally gave up on the jokes, and decided to flat out refuse Theo.

“But, I do want to see it.”

“…” Yuuzaki almost looked like he was considering it, but then again there was a look of melancholy that Theo barely caught. He wondered why this was so difficult for Yuuzaki to say. It wasn’t like Theo was asking for his first born child, and the keys to his car.

“C’mon… Please? Please, Maya? Pleeeaasssee?” Theo pouted, batting his lashes.

“Every single damn time… I told you to call me by my first name. Anyways, fine. Just don’t say anything rude, or I really will kick you out.”

And again, Theo is baffled by that statement. Yuuzaki is the one that kidnapped him?!

Theo’s lips parted at the sight, and Yuuzaki clenched his jaw in response to that. His thoughts were all over the place: Of course, he was going to make that face. She always said I scared people with that. I suppose I’m scary enough as it is. Yuuzaki was about to curse him out, and threaten to kick him out, before Theo spoke quietly in awe; interrupting the oncoming storm.

“…A cloudy sky.” Theo murmured.

“…Huh?”

“…A cloudy sky. It looks like a cloudy sky. It’s… Really cool! You’d be like… A video game I’d totally play.” he grinned, taking a closer look. Oh yes, Theo would TOTALLY play that. Theo touched his jaw, and Yuuzaki froze up. His touch was… Soothing. He looked into Theo’s eyes. Bags were underneath his eyes- Likely from the recent events of being kidnapped, and told that he was given to Yuuzaki to compensate for his debt. His eyes were bright- Wide, and childlike filled with enlightenment.

His eyes softened at Theo. For the first time he didn’t look so crabby, and there almost might have been a smile on his face.

“I suppose I’ll take that as a compliment, then.”

“I’m bored! You should get some video games in this house!”

“…Ugh.”
