“ I think I will be fine. I mean I believe that I will,” Mila stated to him with a nod. Then shook her head “ Wait which part do you not agree on?” She asked abit curious. She couldn’t help but to reach over to grab her snack to eat more of and keep focus on Donny. It was just too good to stop.

Donny nodded in agreement. Of course she would be, with everything she'd already built up for herself. "I guess the part I don't agree with is that I can... or should go after my dreams. It just feels too selfish... which would be fine, if it wasn't for the baby." He admitted, shrugging, and thinking of that quote of Catching Fire. "But just to clarify, the acting thing is not a current dream or goal that I'm chasing. I don't think I have one, really." He nodded. "So, please don't think that I feel that way about our baby." Not when it came to his career, anyway.

Donny: awol why?

"Please tell me you're here to play pool and nost just look at my pretty face." Cam jokes and looks at the person who came into the ar with a smile. @rededgerpstarterblog

"How'd you like Japan or are you too tired with the jet lag to actually give me an answer and you just want to drink your coffee?" @rededgerpstarterblog

Mila put down her plate of food and dusted off her hands after hearing Donny’s response. Then looked back over at him. She knew Donny and reading in a parents book was not the cause of his question. It was something totally different. So she listened as she faced home more. Then nodded her head slowly “ Donny… you can still be an actor,” she responded back. She then thought about her situation with Kai. He left her because he didn’t think he was good enough and he wasn’t where he wanted to be in life. She didn’t want to be the reason again for someone not being able to pursue their dreams.

Donny furrowed his brows instantly at where Mila went with the conversation. "What, no.. that's not what I mean, Mila." He shook his head, maybe on a certain level he was thinking about himself. There had to be a reason he remembered his teenage dream career. But he hadn't initially meant to go there. A breath. "I was just asking about you." He pushed his curls back. "I mean, I don't necessarily agree with your statement." It was easy to say they could continue following their dreams, but it would never be the same after baby. "Besides, that dream died when I was like 22, or something. I'm just, you know, sharing." Things they never really talked about before.

"Oh is it?" He raised a brow at Donny." Zane, nice to meet you, man." He smiled. "I don't fucking know, but not Disney, no. We have that back home. I'm talking about stuff we can't normally do in California."

"Yeah, you can thank TT for that." Donny explained. "I definitely don't think it's the same as Disneyland in California, but I'm not going to defend going to Disneyland. I have a few years before my child wants to go, so I'm gonna save my disney visits til then." A pause. "Well, I know one thing. We can legally drink out in public here. No open container laws."

Mila was in the midst of making her a quick snack plate. She had a craving for sweet garlic pickles with hot Cheetos and the little laughing cow Swiss cheese. She had dressed up the pickles as if they were crackers, eating them. She nodded her head as she sucked on her fingers “ Mhm” she answered.

Donny nodded as she spoke. It was nice to see someone that got what they dreamed of, and more. "I'm just thinking..." Of course, the thoughts came from somewhere. He'd known plenty of people who had kids young (younger than they were), and whose career basically ended, or just got stuck where it was. One the reasons he was afraid of the kid. He also recalled his mom having the baby talk with him and his twin brother Sean very early on. And she had never painted it lightly. "Because I read something in one of the parents books. That's it." His voice lingered thoughtfully for a moment. "You know, when I was in high school my dream was to be an actor." Dream was probably an understatement, Donny would tell everyone that he was going to be famous. It was part of every 'about me' he ever wrote, his birthday wishes, and his 'where do you see yourself in ten years'. but it was long gone, now.

"I'm keeping these sunglasses." Gage said with a laugh. "When my NHL season starts up again, I'm wearing these out on the ice, what do you think?" @rededgerpstarterblog

"There's a ppol at this resort and the best way to beat jet lag is by doing something and staying active. Now, are you going to come join me in this pool or try to sleep?" @rededgerpstarterblog

"We're in Japan for a month, so we have to do all the tourist stuff, I don't care how nerdy it may seem, if it's a tourist thing, I am down to do it." @rededgerpstarterblog

"Not doing the tourist stuff, is the new tourist thing." He chuckled. "I'm Donny, by the way. And what even are the tourist things in Japan? Don't say Disneyland."
