There was a part of Bobby that wanted them to get along. He had always admired Dominic’s cocky attitude and confidence. He had always been more reserved and having to keep poised for the team. He grinned as he looked over Dominic’s face. “I would,” he said softly. He didn’t know that the male thought Bobby considered himself higher than him. He never thought of himself as being better, just different. It was a struggle to get Dominic to see that. “I’m not higher than you, Dom,” he whispered. He felt the cloth touch his thigh and a slow smile came to his face. “I’m turning you on?” he asked. He didn’t wait for a reply Bobby pulled Dominic in for a kiss. He couldn’t just be teasing the man and making him hard without giving him something to really be turned on about. He pressed into the kiss with his whole body, his other hand grabbing the male’s waist to hold them together.

As Bobby pulled him in for a kiss, he’d gotten everything he’d wanted, his inaction leading to the innocent man making the first move. It was like a small victory for Dominic, whose whole rivalry with the other man had been riddled with sexual tension and plays for dominance, though Bobby was more reserved about it. As their lips, chests, and groins came together with furious sexual passion, the younger mutant’s hand snaked around to rest on the Iceman’s ass. He could sense Bobby’s arousal throbbing against him, giving him away. Dominic forced himself to break the kiss and stared at the other man breathlessly for a moment before speaking. “Feels like I’m turning you on too, Mr. Drake.” One hand snaked down to stroke the length of the man’s arousal, trailing down the blonde fur on his chest, all the way down his stomach, and over the waistband to work him over the fabric of his pajama pants. Dominic’s mouth went to work on Bobby’s neck, kissing and licking and sucking at him in a way he knew would drive the more restrained mutant crazy.”

“Ah, what a great match we make - two sadistic beings that get off on torture on another,” Logan half-joked, a smile teasing the corners of his lips. Though he wasn’t a fan of warlocks, it helped that Dominic had a personality that the wolf liked. It was confident and malicious, but also protective at times. And he also knew when he needed help - that was a quality a lot of wolves looked for, because they knew that there was strength in numbers. Most other beings, apart from werewolves, were only out to watch themselves but Dominic had proved that he wasn’t as… self-absorbed as the rest of his kind. Well… at least not in that aspect. Just as he was about to offer his wrist to Dominic, though, he heard a small howl from outside and he held up a finger. “Give me a moment,” the Alpha stated before he walked out of Dominic’s home, the pack member he had texted on the door-step, bare-ass naked. Handing him the things he needed to bury for the protection spell, he went back inside the mansion and rolled his sleeves up, exposing his thick wrist to the warlock. “Never thought I’d see the day I’d willingly be giving my blood up to someone, but at least you’re not a damn bloodsucker.”

“I never thought I’d hear you equate yourself to a warlock, Logan. I’m humbled, really,” he said playfully, knowing all to well what the wolf’s opinions were on his species. But Dominic was one to break the stereotype, and was too free spirited to be tied down by expectation. The two had similarly wild instincts, though the younger man had no animal spirit to speak of. Watching as the Alpha disappeared for a moment, the warlock could sense that the magic of his pouches was no longer in the man’s possession when he returned. “I hope you trust whoever that was, because magic in the wrong hands can be made into the greatest weapon. I should know.” Lifting the silver blade into the air, he dragged it against the tanned flesh of Logan’s wrist, the blood spilling out over the leaves and the stone. The flame of each candle rose higher as the blood pooled around the stone, sealing his spell. “That’s true, but I can still do things with your blood that will have you back on my doorstep every night for more,” he said with a laugh. The blood and the herbs caught flame, smoke rising from the copper dish with an explosion. Dominic loved flashy magic. When the smoke had cleared, the only thing left on the dish was the stone, black as night with swirls of crimson. “Like this, for instance,” he said, holding it out to the man. “This is a bloodstone. Unlike regular obsidian, it has been cursed to bind to you the souls of any who enter the four corners of the protective space I’ve cast for you. With this stone, you can enact your vengeance on intruders with bodily decomposition and mental torture as you see fit. But I’ve also added a failsafe should someone sneaks through the boundaries, giving you complete control over everyone on your territory to ensure your safety. Now, thank me?”

Things had been relatively quiet in Shreveport, even from a Chancellor’s perspective. Occasional issues occurred here and there, but it wasn’t anything he couldn’t handle. He’d heard rumors lately about the king of the fae’s disappearance and assumed it would only be a matter of time before the issue found itself on his doorstep. Things like that usually did. He was sitting idly in his throne, watching the crowds in his establishment to identify which one be his next victim when his senses were overwhelmed with the powerful scent of a fae. All full-blooded faes possessed a scent stronger than Sookie’s, but this was even stronger than a standard fae. His eyes darted from place to place until they fell on Dominic. His lips pursed into a smirk and he rose from his throne and made his way across the room until he was toe to toe with the prince. “Dominic Cross.” He spoke. “However can I help you?”

As he walked in, he observed the air of power that the vampire commanded, even when sitting solitarily across a room. He radiated this seductive, confident energy, and Dominic was not at all surprised to find that he’d achieved a status within the bloodsuckers’ hierarchy. “Eric Northman? I am here regarding the disappearance of my father. You are the regent of the vampires of this area, I’ve been told?” He knew this man well, having done his research. Eric’s name was muttered throughout history, and his reputation preceded him. Dominic chose to remain standing, should he find himself in danger, though he didn’t anticipate anything there that he couldn’t handle. The way the vampire was looking at him, he could tell the man had caught his scent immediately. The question was whether or not he would understand what that smell meant. The fae had long been prohibited from entering the mortal world, though a few had managed to find their way out. Surely none of them had ever been like him. “I assume you have already deduced that I am not of this world.”

Pulling out his phone, the Alpha wolf nodded in the other’s direction as he typed a reply to one of his most trustworthy pack members, making sure that they arrived here so that he could hand them the crimson, navy, jade and slate to bury to enact a protection spell. Once the text was sent, he pocketed his phone and watched as the warlock began to flip through the pages of an old grimoire, explaining that it held a particularly cruel spell and as he explained the spell, Logan couldn’t help but smirk. “That sounds perfect.” The Alpha wolf had a reputation of not being easy to please and being a cruel wolf, and with Dominic’s help, it was clear that he would continue to have such a reputation. “It’s nice to see that there are warlocks out there that seem to get me. If you were anyone else, I’d be afraid that you’d want me to go easy on the intruders.”

“If I were anyone else, I’d be busy wondering how you’ll repay me for going above and beyond. Fortunately for you, I take pride in my work. The intricate, gory details are free of charge.” Turning back to a long oak table, he grabbed a shallow copper dish which he favored over a cauldron, which he believed to be passe and flawed. As he placed a piece of obsidian in the center, he added yarrow around it, with leaves of hemlock and oleander that he fetched from his other supplies. He worked quickly, having always excelled naturally at his craft. It was the only thing he’d ever really done right in his life. Arranging three black candles around the cooper dish, he lit each with only a glance, and as they roared to life, he smiled. Even simple magic never lost its appeal to him, every aspect of his craft was beautiful. As he lifted his silver athame, he glanced over at the Alpha with an expectant look. “Of course, I’ll need some of your blood to bind their wellbeing to your will.”

Harvey’s power had been growing inside of him – he’d been honing his abilities, trying to fine tune them – and that got you noticed. As he walked down the streets, he could sense that he was potentially being followed, but every time he glanced over his shoulder, no one was there. He shrugged the feeling off, but as soon as he was in a secluded area, his suspicions were confirmed. Though, as soon as the man stepped out of the shadows, he had an inkling of who he was – he could sense so much power within the other. “That’s right.” He took a glance over the other demon, his eyes taking in his form. A sly smirk formed over Harvey’s lips, and he offered a nonchalant shrug. “Sounds pretty fucking good to me. How could I turn down a place in the Underworld?”

There was nothing about the boy that had gone unnoticed. Every feature, every movement, every ounce of power in his veins. Dominic was highly selective of his playthings, and even more discerning when it came to members of his inner circle. Harvey had the makings of a fine demon. Grinning down at the shorter man, Dominic placed a hand upon his shoulder. “Exactly the attitude I was hoping for.” Many had heard of a deal with the devil, but what of a deal between two devils? The older man’s proposition would be mutually beneficial, and from the looks of the boy, incredibly tantalizing. “My name is Dominic, though I have many aliases. I reign at the helm of the demonic underworld, a king of our kind, if you will. My offer, should you be inclined to embrace it, would see you rising among the rankings of my most selective group of demons, and of course be at my disposal to assist me personally with daily duties. This offer will not come again, Harvey, but you should not accept it lightly. What do you say?”
