Today I wanted to complain... complain about all the pills 💊 I take daily... complain about my puppy who decides to be disobedient at the worst of times... complain about my lack of desire to work for someone and fit the status quo... and the list could go on forever! But then something amazing happened! I used the coping skills I have been developing including deep breathing and meditation and focused on the positive... the fact that my puppy Pluto is usually obedient... the fact that I have a billionaire mindset that will get me to the moon 🌝 and beyond... the fact that I just ended a business call that will change my life in the next month... the fact that I’m part of @grantcardone #10x Academy though I haven’t been able to participate as everyone in my life thinks I’m doing too much... the fact that @geniesway_ invited me to that life changing call where I met Kennie and amazing Queen 👑 in her on right that will coach me to reach that coveted one percenters club of investors... all in all I had a beautiful day in sunny San Diego where the sun ☀️ shines almost every day. Shabbat Shalom my friends... I was raised to rest on this day. Rest looks different for everyone. As you can see in my stories, rest for me is active and includes cooking, cleaning and playing with my puppy interspersed with some self care 🧖‍♀️ My point is take time to rest at least one out of seven days... if not more than one rest day weekly... and always, don’t forget to stop 🛑 and just take a deep breath at least for one minute each hour. Fortunately my Apple Watch reminds me to move and breathe hourly but if you don’t have a smart watch, set a timer. Have a great day!
