So close! We are only one day away from one of the most looked forward events for so many artists! Get excited everyone! We’re all going to start together and it is my greatest hope we all finish together! 

But above all remember, whether you are professional, a beginner, a fanartist or a child with crayola markers, you are just as important as everyone else and you are the reason you make this feel like such a big date on a calendar. This could have remained as just a thing Jake Parker once came up with and never mentioned again, but it was everyone’s excitement and continued support that really made Inktober what it is today.

So even if your art may not feel like it’s your best or it may not get the attention you want it to get, always strive to continue on until the end! The accomplishment will be there and the memory will last and when you are drawing far better than ever you will look back and realize just how far you’ve gotten.
