I HAVE FINALLY FINISH THIS GRAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I HOPE YOU ALL LIKE THIS UEUEUEUE

It took a lot bc of school and other stuff buuuuut hey here it is. Its kinda funny how I got this idea for the comic, when I did the sketch for the 'first part' and then I wanted to do more, I was thinking to do it in a sketch way and not a comic JSJSJSJ I did also noticed an error but that was near finish this so... I dedided to be a happy fella. The next time I would be more careful

With this comic I tried to experiment a bit, I learned a lot!!

I forgot to post this, but I drew this when I rewatched (not all, only my favorite arcs) Naruto and Naruto Shippuden last month. If you can’t tell I’m rewatching nostalgic anime rn

Study sesh with team 8!!

they just have a really good banter honestly. they also are drawn next to each other in a lot of promos which is honestly enough for me.

they had the interaction in the Sasuke retrieval mission and then later, Kankuro is aided by Kiba and gang when he needs help himself. ( Kiba, Choji and Kankuro specifically ) where they have to really quickly adapt to each others jutsu styles to work together to defeat the enemy. It’s a pretty fun interaction.

In the manga there’s far more panels of the two of them standing with each other and establishes that they do, in fact, interact outside of the plots we see but in the anime we really get limited cuts to the two of them together. THERE IS A SCREENCAP HOWEVER OF THEM WALKING BACK TO THE GROUP TOGETHER, very clearly chatting about something.

There’s also a really interesting analysis video that goes into detail about why Kiba’s jutsu with Akamaru would make a lot of sense to be someone who is romantically involved with Kankuro — whose life goal is to create the perfect puppet/companion that has free will and works in symbiosis with the user, for lack of better words, which we clearly see with Akamaru and Kiba.
