This is literally what Walker does in his book. On page 3, in the very first paragraph of Chapter 1, Walker writes:

Two-thirds of adults throughout all developed nations fail to obtain the recommended eight hours of nightly sleep.

In the footnote to this sentence he writes:

The World Health Organization and the National Sleep Foundation both stipulate an average of eight hours of sleep per night for adults.

Here are the National Sleep Foundation's sleep recommendations (a) announced in 2015:

Adults (26-64): Sleep range did not change and remains 7-9 hours

Here are the World Health Organization's sleep recommendations:

The quote is empty because the WHO does not stipulate how much an adult should sleep anywhere. I don't know where Walker got this information.

Fiction is not reality.

You can enjoy things in fiction that would be awful in the real world. Like playing a murderhobo in a game! In the real world, being or supporting a murderer-thief would be pretty damn awful, while in the game it's just good fun. Same with anything else you choose to do with the pixels on the screen, like kinks that don't affect anyone real, so they're okay in fiction, but would be pretty damn bad in real life.

No one else is responsible for your online experience. They are required not to harass you, but they are not and never will be obligated to not post about ships, kinks, or tropes you dislike just to avoid you seeing them. It's up to you to blacklist words or phrases, block tags, or even block users as needed to avoid seeing content that upsets you.

No one can force you to read anything against your consent. Any content you don't like seeing can be instantly avoided by closing out of the offending post/fic.

You are not owed an online experience free of discomfort.

Nothing that happens in your imagination can ever make you a bad person. Words you write or read about fictional characters will never make you a bad person.

The claim that media consumption influences real-life behavior is intellectually dishonest and serves only to excuse the behavior of real offenders.

Fiction is a safe way to explore horrifying or confusing concepts. Therapists agree that fiction, even (or especially) about taboo topics is a good coping mechanism, especially, but not exclusively, for trauma survivors. Fiction is to adults what play therapy is to children. This doesn't stop being true if the work in question is of a sexual nature.

Sex isn't an inherently worse or better motivation than anything else. A work written to create feelings of arousal isn't dirty, shameful, or in any way less pure than works written to entertain, provoke moral questions, or for other reasons. And worth noting is that multiple purposes can exist in the same story, especially fanfiction.

ralsei addresses the allegations

Ralsei keeps calling out the 7 humans, saying they can't be anything else but flowers. The way this is framed, and the way Flowery and Ralsei interact, very much implies (oh who am i kidding. Flowery outright states it on the staircase scene) that Ralsei is jealous that they get to "be something they're not supposed to".

I keep seeing people only bring up Pink, bcs she's the most obvious one, but all of the "flowers" are trans by the game's logic. It's not for no reason that they all have different pronouns, genders and gender expressions! They're meant to represent the whole rainbow of trans experiences. Not to mention the fact that its Flowery who clocks Ralsei immediately. Speaking from experience, cis people usually dont have that kind of insight.

And Kris too! At the start of the chapter, you can look in the mirror, and Kris hates what they see (later paralleled in Pink's fight when she can't look away from the mirror after seeing herself) Susie also makes multiple comments implying that she notices Kris' dysphoria about not being a monster, and that she sympathizes. And dont even get me started on Kris / Pink both having the whole mind (soul) vs body (cage) thing.

It’s not “people who contour are themselves automatically racist” but that the desired face shape created by contouring is one that, at the end of the day, pretty much reflects existing white standards of beauty. A thinner, pointier nose, smaller chin, high angled cheekbones and (on occasion) smaller lips. Also if you’re darker skinned you have to use a much lighter shade of foundation  thus ending up with an overall lighter face.

1) Why do you think that Flowery called Ralsei "princess" after suggesting that they did not need to follow the prophecy? What part of the prophecy do you think he was referring to?

1a) Why would the author specifically choose to make Ralsei's drink of choice blue and pink?

1b) Do you think the status screen using "their" instead of "his" after this scene is relevant?

1c) The secret boss of the chapter is Mad Mew Mew, a character from Undertale who is a trans woman. Do you think her placement in this chapter specifically is important?

2) Despite their romantic relationship, Noelle and Susie seem intent on keeping Kris with them during the festival, and mention things being "easier" with them around. Why do you think that is?

2a) When telling Kris to say "Noelle and you will work out", Susie says they mumbled the answer. What could cause them to respond this way?

2b) Even in the weird route, where Noelle has become obsessed with Kris because they "changed," she still is clearly shown to have feelings for Susie. Do you think this has relevance to the main route?
