"No, I don’t. You shouldn’t split your attention, though. You are Yoh’s only Spirit. I’m also certain most people would look down on you for serving me at all. Well, I’m sure you only really listen to Yoh and fulfill his wishes, rather than worry about yourself… but I am slightly surprised you feel comfortable enough to speak to me like this."

    "Truth be told, I'm not comfortable speaking with you, Hao-sama. However, I can trust you not to destroy me as to do such would vastly upset Yoh-dono and isn't that something you try to avoid?" he pointed out. 

"Ah, well… Habit, I guess? It’s not like I don’t actually do it. As for you, I’m glad you’ve given him your assistance. Someone like him… is rare to find. It would be a shame to lose such a person."

One of the few things the anime did right, imo

"Ah, well… nobody is dumb enough to try that. I’m sure everyone well knows attempting murder on my twin is going to get them burned, so you don’t have that to worry about."

    --;; "How can you speak of burning people alive so casually....? Anyway, I did say some fool to back-stab him. Still when you are not around it falls to me to protect Yoh-dono."

"Well, you’re a mouthy old man, but I guess you make sense, Samurai-san. … Is this Yoh-dono your lover, though? You speak so fondly.”

   "Y-Yoh-dono... M-my... What?! C-certainly not! He is my master, my lord! Every samurai follows their lord's word!" cue the very flustered and very shocked samurai.

"And yet, in the face of that ‘peace,’ widows still mourn, the spirits still weep in longing for life, and turmoil continues to poison the living. So, truly, can ‘peace’ be a thing that exists?"

   --;; "Peace on my end means good times with my friends and Yoh-dono, peace is a tranquil time when I worry not for exorcism or that Yoh-dono may lose his life in a battle we cannot win. Peace is sweet and fleeting and this at least is a moment of peace. While inwardly I weep for suffering I am glad of this mild tranquility."
