“ unexpected guest “ from @doctor-jane-smith
Jenny had ended up crash landing in her ship that she had been travelling around in and had been on earth fpr a while. Thankfully she had met Captain Jack Harkness and here she was, living in a house. She had him to thank for that. Helping her get it and sort out what needed to be sorted out. It was taking some getting used to living on Earth, and it wasn't like she could just go anywhere to fix it, so that was with Jack for now.
She had just arrived home and closed the door behind her. Making her way upstairs, she headed into her room and almost screamed when she noticed someone in her bed. "Who are you?" She said, in shock.
Jenny!?!" the mystery blonde woman uttered in a high pitched squeak. She brushed the strands of disheveled hair away from her sky-blue eyes, which were wide with shock. Her mouth, also open wide, almost hit the duvet cover. The woman sat upright on the bed, bits of debris from the roof she had fallen through tumbling off of her clothes. Her eyes sparkled like pools of emotion as she studied the young woman stood in front of her. It felt like forever and a day had passed before she finally sprang up off of the bed like an excited gazelle and embraced Jenny in the biggest, most love filled hug ever. "I thought I'd lost you," the woman said softly, almost breathlessly, her head gently pressed into Jenny's shoulder, her arms and the rest of her body trembling against her. "It broke my hearts. Even though I left Messaline that day, it felt like a part of my soul had died and was buried with you there. You never left my thoughts, ever. Every day of my lives since, you've been foremost on my mind." The woman gently kissed Jenny on her forehead, before pulling her head back to look Jenny in the eye. The woman, lost in all of the overwhelming emotion she felt, had only just realized she hadn't answered Jenny's very understandable question. "Ahem." The woman cleared her throat, her voice less squeaky, less breathless now. "Of course. Yes. Well, how best to put this..." The woman released Jenny from the hug before proceeding to step back a little, her eyes never leaving her once. ".. Hello, Jenny, it's me. It's The Doctor. Your father." The Doctor raised an hand into the air, which formed into a little wiggly wave. She grinned a grin so bright, it could melt the stone cold heart of a Weeping Angel.
