Haven't played Hearthstone in a while, so for the drop of the xpac I decided to get some practice in.

So Tiy has been on reddit discussing additions to the forthcoming patch, I figure it really can't be far away now and I've decided to stitch my world together.

As my previous post mentioned my character was never allowed to leave world 1, and I kept it simple because, well you know, impending doom.

But I set myself the task of creating a panic room, the doomsday bunker for when the wipe occurs.

So I'm currently a few days into Starbound - Excellent follow on to feed my love for Terraria and other games of a similar ilk, but I'm determined to not get too attached to my world/character until after the final wipe.

Of course, playing every evening makes that a very difficult task. So I've avoided modding, avoided leaving my starter world and just generally left all bar the basics until later on.

First time playing since pre-Steam alpha, I was trying to make a simple orbiter (career mode) and tested with a non-orbit launch (just a vertical launch and straight back down)...It became apparent I didn't balance centre of gravity fairly soon after launch. I breached the atmosphere got up to a ~600,000m apsis before entering a tumble straight back down to Kerbal.

But the parachute actually snapped it back level for a safe landing (some mild explosions), so I guess that was a success? Made for some pretty viewing.
