taller, higher center of gravity
also pretty fucking muscular (no it was not just the ship, NMES devices MAINTAIN muscle they don't build it)
prone to explosive anger
fucking scrappy, doesn't fight fair (the chase scene)
FAST (how fucking far he got in the chase scene. which makes sense because he does cardio literally every day)
not to mention if you believe in coltlandgentry propaganda do you seriously think court wouldn't make damn sure his baby brothers could protect themselves. do you think colt wouldn't teach his notoriously clumsy twin how to take the least amount of damage from a fall or a hit.
like... let him get the upper hand. let him win, even. typical fanfic scene with simon attacking grace when he first wakes up on the ship, but grace locks in and triggers muscle memory he maybe didn't even know he had, gets simon pinned or in some kind of secure hold. and colt is a stunt man - you literally watch him fight people off in his movie/it's his literal job.
No way they'd just let grace exist w/o some form of basic self defense knowledge.
