Lately, I’ve seen less human kindness. It feels like it’s vanished without a trace. But I believe every person has faced adversity. And if you have a dream—no matter what anyone says—if YOU believe in YOU, I believe you’ll become that landslide. Not the fall, but the force.

Stevie’s vulnerability gave birth to one of the most enduring songs of her career. Landslide sold over 2 million copies in the U.S. and earned her a place in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

Let this be your reminder: vulnerability isn’t weakness. It’s the birthplace of greatness.

🚨 Nobody wakes up one morning and says, "Today, I’m going to start drinking and doing copious amounts of drugs to become an addict and throw my entire life away." The understanding of *why* usually comes much later—after so much of life has passed by.

I’ve learned that keeping a four-decade secret meant becoming exceptionally skilled at self-medicating, accompanied by my best friends, Jack Daniel’s and Mr. Jose Cuervo.

At the end of the day, no one forced me—I made my own choices. Like my friend George Jones sang, *Living and dying with the choices I made.*

There’s no weight heavier than guilt. I’m opening up and sharing my monsters with you.
