Probably best idea for breakwater decoration I’ve ever seen. On #Tenerife it was turned into art gallery - hundreds of portraits scattered in certain locations. Rocks around Auditorio de Tenerife are commemorating musicians, another breakwater around San Andres is displaying artists.
