You will always have to reach out to them first, you will always have to initiate things with others
This is because at a lower frequency, you aren't as magnetic as a person with a higher frequency
Thus you have to seek/chase things and people for them to even be in your experience

They sense that you now have a higher frequency than them and thus they now want some of your higher quality energy again
