“I guess... What sorta things are you throwing?” He wondered moving around the room, a little preoccupied. 

“Mate I’m not saying your dad is a harmless kitten just that…..” Henrik stopped for a minute. A siphoner would be just want he needed to stop the old hag who brought him back.

“I need a siphoner, that old hag has what’s coming to her, bloody hell you’re a genius, I would hug you but don’t need you draining my magic”

Nate listened to the Male and shook his head a little. “Dude... thanks for the compliment...and you should know that I dont siphon everyone I tough... not now... I can control it..” he pointed out. “Although I think a hug would be a bit much... more like a fist pump...” he stated. “What do you mean a old hag anyway?”

“If you can get close enough remember to touch me.” He reminded him. “I moved out.” Kai told him flat out about why he hadn’t been around.

“What I can't   hug my old man?” He asked with a chuckle before giving a roll of his eyes “I know that... you and mom are over or whatever... I meant around in general... avoiding your son huh?” He questioned. “I don't care about you and mom not being together you dont have to keep distance from me" he pointed out.

“Oh I’d love to see you try.”

“I’m still a siphoner remember... I can siphon you..” he teased his father. “Where the hell have you been Pops... You’ve kinda disappeared recently...” he admitted. 

“I never met Kai well until recently that is but compared to the bastard that I had to take down, made your father seem harmless kind of make me wonder who was more a threat. And I know a lot about siphoners having crossed paths with one in 1912″

Nate laughed. “Well you are more naive than others then... trust me that you will eat your words if you get on the wrong side of him...” he pointed out before continuing. “And if you know so much about siphoners you should know how dangerous they are to a normal witch then.”

“Let’s just forget it and do something.”

The male glanced back before looking to the other with a smile.

Juniper shrugged, “Maybe it is.” She smirked, “Do tell, do you spend a lot of time thinking about what ‘type’ I am?”

Nate laughed a little again. “Not just your type... there are a lot of women in this town you know?” he suggested. He thought about most at one point or another.

“I know that, I just… I was caught off guard.”

“In fairness, I didn’t expect you to find me after it.” 

“I think I might be able to manage to squeeze you in.”

“Is that a euphemism?” he wondered with a laugh. “You always came across as the ‘tight’ type

“That doesn’t mean I have to like it or accept it.”

“No... besides I need to keep a hold on my magic...”

Juniper laughed as she leaned back, “I think I can live with that.”

“So. are you free for Lunch, or should I cut my losses?” he wondered with a cheeky glisten in his eye. 

“I mean, you know I love you, you’re one of my best friends and I would never try to change you, but I have a hard time with…” she gestured to the man on the ground, “This.”

Nate turned to the body before back to the female. “I did too...that’s why he is there..” he teased . “Seriously Ivy... it’s who we are... its just an every day occurrence here..”

Juniper leaned in, “Well then, you are welcome to charm me wherever. you. like.”

Nate laughed a little at her. “Oh... I could... but I don’t want to give away all of my secrets straight away so a little charm will have to do now beautiful.”

“Is that so? Then please, charm away.”

“I would, but I don’t think the new station is the best place to do it... but I don’t care if you want it here..” he teased.
