Receiving pressure to have your life together is not toxic. Just ‘enjoying’ life will not always lead you down the path you should necessarily be walking. You either adapt fast or you will die slow. I am in the process of learning this lesson and I honestly wish that the people I have been surrounded by the most had done more.
