Okie, I have a couple questions for your Mayhem AU:

1. Other than their dynamic, any ideas for plot? Were you thinking it'd be the same as the show or something different?

2. Which dynamic is your favorite of the four and why?

3. Of the dynamics, which would elicit a confession first?

4. ALSO! Which design is your favorite and why? You have such unique yet in character takes on their appearance and it's so interesting to me.

Well anon.... you got me. It definitely strays from the canon of the show! For starters, April has been kicking butt with the turtles for longer than in the show, right up till college where she's grappling with her future as a journalist and an established NYC vigilante. She's around 19 in this AU, and the boys are all 18-15, so they have more experience as a team! April is focused on blazing a trail for herself, so she starts taking more solo outings, which is where she meets Foot Recruit (Casey)

The Dark Armor plot isn't a thing quite yet, and Casey is still establishing herself as a simple foot soldier. But while her prowess is unnoticed by her mentors, April has definitely noticed! So the divergence is that Casey and the Fam haven't met yet, and do so within the canon of this AU. I'm planning on writing a fic or doing a comic, whichever works out this summer heh.

2. Which dynamic is your favorite of the four and why?

This is the hardest question EVER. I think it depends on what I'm looking for! Civilian Casey x Civilian April (bottom right) is definitely the funniest to me, Casey can't seem to care about this chick for the life of her. But the dramatic tension between Foot Recruit and Miss Mayhem (top right) is my bread and butter, I love their little cat-and-mouse dynamic.

If I'm looking for cute and a little bit of an imbalance in power though (which is more often than you think), Miss Mayhem x Civilian Casey is what takes it. I love all four though ahhh but gun to my head I'm picking Miss Mayhem x Civilian Casey, despite them never having a chance!

3. Of the dynamics, which would elicit a confession first?

This is such a good question. Chronologically, it's gotta be Foot Recruit x Miss Mayhem, with Case- ahem, Foot Recruit, doing the confessing. Miss Mayhem would probably be appalled, confused, maybe a little disturbed, because she knows what crushing is, and this ain't it!

Civilian April and Civilian Casey are technically first though, if we wanna count April's very sad attempts at flirting and spitting it out ("it" being a normal "hey let's grab coffee sometime.)

4. Which design is your favorite and why? You have such unique yet in character takes on their appearance and it's so interesting to me.

Aww rubs my head thank you heh. It might be a huge shocker but my favorite design for this AU is Miss Mayhem herself!! She's my beautiful poster child and muse. If I had all the money in the world I would commission her nonstop.... I love you April "Miss Mayhem" O'Neil.

I'm used to beefing Casey up so her Foot Recruit design is nothing special to me. I'm excited to draw more of her civilian design though, that'd be my second favorite. I'm gonna put her in a lot of motorcycle jackets. I wonder why she'd gravitate towards those!
