Fascinating symposium held by CRAASH department at Cambridge all spinning around the Pineapple - I like this idea of going in depth around one object and looking at it from multiple perspectives. (In academic terms this approach is known as TRANSPOSITIONS (Orpheus Institute). This symposium also linked to the Feast and Food exhibition at the Fitzwilliam Museum/Cambridge.

Generally great for ideas for display and shows. But also relating to Letter Sparrow type idea of handmade watercolours with a narrative. What kind of storytelling could I do with the watercolours? Eras, objects, something exotic, plant related, flower colours, heritage

Based in Norwich - love the idea of a studio, studio, gallery, retail business - beautiful space. Also would be great to live upstairs - an idea for my business is also to have a hub space downstairs.

I was inspired by this place because of the environment - wondering what I could do there? Helping out in education - new courses around the botanical. Being artist in residence there. Inspired by the contemporary angle as 'botanical' can be viewed as 'pretty' /'twee'

Thinking about why I went into art in the first place - painting and colour (think about A-level work and Impressionism project) . Travels following colour palette; art making as travels around a palette.
