My weekend. Baby shower with my coworkers and The Lion King in Greenville. Makes up for the fact that my brakes decided it was cool to go out while I was driving 🙄

Throat feels like it's on fire and I spent too much on my trip to Vegas and LA but season 2 of Chewing Gum is on Netflix!!!!! 🤗🤗🤗 I don't want to leave the house but I need to be able to eat something that doesn't feel like knives down my throat and all I have is Diet Coke and Pringles.

10 years ago when I wore glasses, sported a mouth full of metal, and was actually doing something with my life 😜 3.28.07. "Angelique Jordan Day" per Mayor Deke Copenhaven. (Then they felt the need to take me around the corner, get on the radio, and brag about myself 🙄)

God, night shift is kicking my butt. I look so tired when I work. Good news is I lost 13.6 lbs in January and felt comfortable enough to start wearing this large scrub top again. I didn't meet my January goal but I'm on target to losing 30 lbs before going on vacation in April 🙌🏾

I finally did it! I applied for a management position on the floor that I work on. Essentially it will be the same work. It's really like a glorified charge nurse because I'm not ready to give up patient care, but it's a great stepping stone for the next step in my career.

Goals for 2017: Lose at least 40 pounds Save $20k (to have $100k by 30) Take at least 5 long distance vacations Advance at my job or get a new job completely Take the GRE and apply to NP schools Make new friends Go to more concerts See more musicals Go on dates Increase my credit score to 800 Buy a new car
