You shrunk me down, I was so small; You did not teach me after all.

I have a tendency to lose myself in people; I won’t let it be you.

I do not hate you, I do not blame you, some days I might even miss you; but I will not ever forgive you.

I am not merely a vessel for your self-gratification and insecurities.

Maybe this is who I really am and always will be; a little damaged with a lot of heart.

You are a step backwards; these days I refuse to no less than sprint forwards.
