Hold Your Breath

During a recent cold snap, Washington-based photographer Angela Kelly and her son used homemade soap bubble solution and her camera to create an awesome series of photos entitled Frozen in a Bubble.

In an interview with KOMO News, Kelly explains, “We blew the bubbles across the top of our frozen patio table and also upon the hood of my car and then we watched in awe as each individual bubble froze with their own unique patterns. We noted how they would freeze completely before the sun rose but that once the sun was in view they would defrost along the tops or cease freezing altogether. We also noted how they would begin to deflate and implode in on themselves making them look like alien shapes or in some cases shatter completely leaving them to look like a cracked egg.”

Alkeme’s twin brother, one of the four creations of Hades. His element is Water. The calmest of all the Sostratos children. He is also just as blunt as his sister.

Marrick (Goes by Yurik Richardson as an alias around humans) FC: Timothy Olyphant

A soul that was given life again by Alkeme in exchange for services. He has enhanced strength and agility, as well as some knowledge of spells. Rather sarcastic and it gets him into trouble often.

Orius Sostratos (Goes by Oliver Sostratos as an alias around humans) FC: Christian Bale 

A servant to Hades. He is the caretaker of the Sostratos children and is seen as their ‘Father’. It is unknown as to what his race is.

Hunter Miles  FC: Eric McCormack

A psychic who works as a meteorologist in search for a normal life. He can see people’s “light”, which tells him their intentions and anything else he needs to know. He has a hate for himself that he keeps inside.

Maxine Cordelia Potts  FC: Jennifer Lawrence

The new leader of a cult her Grandmother handed to her in her death. It’s been in the family for many generations and is linked to the Sostratos Demon, Archelaos. She is a sociopath with a very short fuse, however, she enjoys manipulating people.

Luciphin (Goes by the name Lucian Sostratos as an alias around humans) FC: Tom Hiddleston 

A water Demon who owes Aethon a life debt. He stays around the Sostratos household on his own free will. At times, his temperament is not the best. But he is often the one to handle visitors when the twins are not in the mood.

Serian (Goes by Samantha Carter as an alias around humans) FC: Natalie Portman

A hybrid—the daughter of an Angel and a Demon. She resides on earth in the attempt at a normal life. Her personality is rather easy going, but she has very little patience when she is under high amounts of stress. If she has an outburst, it causes a shockwave to go outwards and shatter any item around.
