Vanessa~ Even though the jeans look casual, if you focus on them a bit more, you’ll notice they’re just normal jeans that are ever so slightly baggy. Its quite significant as it’s already a sign to the audience that even though she is trying to be spontaneous, she much prefers sticking to the things she knows and are familiar with.

Annie~ Unlike Vanessa, Annie is a lot more free and fun. Her jeans symbolise her ‘go-with-the-flow attitude’ as they are straight cut and a lot more casual. (We all know the ‘Hello Margery, how’s the bread today’ incident was just an issue due to panicking. The rest of the time she improvises like the star she is)

Sandra~ I think this is more a metaphor for how Sandra sees herself within the company. Even with the title ‘mom jeans’, it might show how Sandra thinks she’s the most professional and experienced out of all of her co-stars. Though, the jeans still have an element of fun to them, not unlike Sandra herself.

Robert~ He’s a man who means business. He will only pick jeans that will make him look somewhat professional (but because it’s jeans, it can’t help but look casual, symbolising how no matter how hard he tries, he’ll never be taken seriously).

Dennis~ ... I literally think this one is just because of Jonathan Sayer’s build but it could also represent how Dennis is the youngest in the company and so more up to date with fashion trends (well... up to a point)

Jonathan~ The usual jeans as to represent how easily he blends into the background and no one notices his talent.

Chris~ He clearly looks remarkably uncomfortable in this segment due to all the dancing and forced upbeat vibes so his jeans (as well as his entire outfit) seems a little out of character for him. In fact the only time we’ve seen him wearing a t-shirt and jeans is in ‘There’s No Escape’ (and looking incredibly fine in it too)

Max~ Relaxed. Key word there. Max (as well as Dennis) is not there to further his own career or even get better at the art of acting. They’re there to make new friends and have a good time. The jeans show his flexibility and even his motives.

2) A lot of readers are searching for completed fics. And I get it. Waiting for an update can be torture. But how is the author supposed to know people like their story? Who is going to cheer them on and motivate them to finish the fic? Consider giving WIPs a go and support the writers with Kudos/comments/reviews/ bookmarks.

3) Unless the author actively asks for this kind of critism, don’t leave rude or demanding comments on their stories. If you don’t like something, don’t read it. Close the tab and move on to the next one.
