What I find funny about this moment is that Yor can't relate to any of the things the other women are saying. From what we know about Twilight, we can infer that in his role as a "supportive and respectful husband", he is punctual - or has a good excuse whenever he's late and apologizes - he has his own money to spend - and most of his expenses are for Anya's sake anyway - and he doesn't express judgment towards other people's interests - at most it's confusion about what children find fun. She can't just jump in on one of those complaints because she doesn't have that complaint from him.
But also, although all three complaints are perfectly valid for anyone to have, we know that Yor has such low self-confidence that even if any of those things were happening, she wouldn't pay too much attention. In the second episode/chapter, she waits for Loid for at least one hour and a half, before she decides to go to Camilla's party alone. And when he appears, she is perfectly satisfied with the "psychotic patient" excuse (I mean, it was also shocking to see him burst in bleeding and saying he's her husband, so maybe it wasn't high in her priorities to ask why he was late, but still). She's very patient with Loid being late and always understands that he must have a good reason for it.
When it comes to money, they didn't combine their bank accounts when they got married, and since there wasn't any other mention about it we can infer that they still have separate accounts. And since he's never asked her for money, she has no issue with how much he spends and on what - and again, she probably sees that most of his expenses are for Anya's sake, so she probably appreciates that. In fact, she was the one willing to contribute to the family's finances with her assassin money, when she thought Loid was judging her.
And when it comes to her interests... not only has Yor little understanding of what interests her, due to how she was consumed by taking care of Yuri and her assassin job, she's probably still at a point where if Loid told her that joining an activity is a bad idea, she would take it to heart. She even asks him if it would be okay for her to join the Lady Patriots Society, and when he tells her that it's good for her to have friends she is actually touched by that.
So to summarize, the complaints the other women make are legitimate, but are about things that not only Loid doesn't do, they're also things Yor wouldn't really complain about (although she should grow the confidence to).
So when she tries to fit in and share a "complaint", she comes up with a lie about wanting her omelettes on the sweet side, something that can only be described as an overreaction, especially considering how she's "complaining" about the dish someone else makes for her ๐(
