every positive thought of you is an important part of your journey. it’s a step bringing you further within the right direction. it’s essential progress and I need you to acknowledge that. maintaining a positive mindset can be very challenging, especially when you are not used to it. it might feel weird to suddenly think positively about yourself but when you get used to it, there‘s no turning back. questioning your worth will start to feel weird and you won’t feel comfortable with thinking negatively about yourself. every thought that implies a positive statement about yourself will influence you and make you realize how amazing you are.
