Was feeling real skinny yesterday when I weighed in at 179lbs. I haven't weighed less than 180lbs since 2013 when I made my new years resolution, like thousands of other people, to lose weight. Now I weigh about the same (I think I was 175lbs in the picture on the right), but I definitely have gained more muscle mass.
