I feel something dark, primal inside. It whispers, beckons, promises power and freedom.

The red cuts my eyes, but I don't look away. Let them see. Let them be afraid.

Emptiness. That's what I feel. As if someone took everything out of me and left only a shell. A marionette shell with broken strings. Before, they must have taken me somewhere, pulled invisible levers, made me smile, talk, pretend I was alive.
