#personal #now its past 3.30 everyones asleep i cant bother anyone #i took a third one with a pantop since two times it helped me fall asleep in the hospital but tbf that used to go straight to my blood #i think i need to switch to other nausea meds i might have become numb to this one #not enjoying my life #i miss hospital

3 hours gonr but I am still nauseous idk if its the post panic nausea thats hitting... its giving me random pretty spaced out anxiousness bouts idk whats real anymore. and it hits me when im sitting on my bed or on a different chair idk im very very sensitive to my surroundings and the angle/level im sat at when i feel sick
