His eyes widen when the umbrella is extended to cover him as well, more in wonder than disbelief as he remains dripping with rainwater. Soon enough, he meets ᴛʀɪɢɢᴇʀ’s beloved center with a laugh, unable to hold it in.

“ You’re a lifesaver, Tenn. ”

          Even off stage, you’re just too cool!

It’s hard for Ryuunosuke to not to fawn over the younger member ( and he understands their fans well in this regard, it’s hard to not fawn over the rest of ᴛʀɪɢɢᴇʀ at all ) but unlike his expressions, he manages to keep himself from blurting out anything embarrassing for the gesture. Instead, he cranes his head under the umbrella and tries to take what space he can that he’s offered without leaving space for Tenn. 

Even with the way Tenn is, he is without a doubt, kinder than most would make him out to be with his amount of focus on professionalism. 

          It would be nice if Gaku could remember that as well...

“ Ah... well about that, how about- ” Jokingly, he fiddles with the thought of treating Tenn out to drinks with him and Gaku when Tenn would be old enough for it – but with how he’s acted on certain occasions while inebriated, it sounded like he didn’t give a good impression. “ How about some kind of IOU, ‘business partner’? A favor from yours truly! ”

Dancing wasn’t exactly Tsumugi’s strong suit either though she did know how. Hopefully with what knowledge she has she could piece everything together so she wouldn’t make herself look like a fool. 

A gentle smile graced her lips as she moved to and fro, one hand in his while the other rested on his shoulder. Normally she would have been abashed to dancing in the middle of the room but as her dance partner was someone familiar, it was much easier to relax. He wasn’t a bad dancer himself either. “Oh, I’m just here because Idolish7 was invited~” She replied with a sheepish smile as they continued to move. 

“Not exactly.” She continued, responding to his question. “I was just watching everyone else having fun is all. But what about you? Where are Yaotome san and Kujo san?”

“ Actually, I was sort of dragged along... but as you know, work is work. ”

His poker face can’t hold for as long as he likes and an awkward chuckle leaves him. He’s thankful that dancing is not only one of his stronger points, but also a form of communication for him, as well as an outlet for and outside of work -- if it’s moving to music, he can handle himself just fine though it would help with just a small drink. Careful steps lead them around slowly, and Ryuunosuke tries to shake off his anxious thoughts in favor of the rhythm of the song. 

This is, however, difficult when Tsumugi voices his thoughts for his fellow members’ whereabouts, and since there’s no helping it, he doesn’t hide it from someone he knows he can trust. Not that he isn’t thankful for Trigger’s management, but he couldn’t help but to think about how blessed ɪᴅᴏʟisʜ7 is to have such an understanding manager behind them that was also familiar enough to be considered a close friend as well.

          May I have this dance?

There’s sort of a sheepish smile that plays on his lips as he leads them off with her hand in his. If not for her, he would surely be a jumbled mess on his own. The truth is that Ryuunosuke didn’t find himself comfortable in such an event -- such luxuries like parties were ill-suited for someone from the countryside like him. The vibe here is way too stiff and formal for him, whereas Gaku or Tenn would probably have no problem blending in with their experience with this type of scene. 

          Where are those two anyways? I hope they didn’t break out into an argument somewhere...

With careful steps, the man tries not to let his thoughts distract him ( lest he gives himself the sad chance of stepping on his partner’s foot -- and no, he did not want that ) and tries to concentrate on the movement along to the music as well as his companion before him. 

It comforts Ryuunosuke to know that Tsumugi, not only a familiar face, but a friend, would accompany him during this number when he could be tripping over his own feet in front of a stranger. 

Gaku:  Look, let’s just agree to say sorry on the count of three.

Gaku: One, two, three.

Tenn:

Gaku:

          I really hope that it’s fine for me to drop by like this.

This isn’t his first day in the industry, and yet Ryuunosuke stood there rubbing the back of his neck, still unsure of how to present himself with his intrusion. Their busy lives could do without any additional hindrance of formalities or obligation paid to an unannounced visitor. 

Perhaps he’s being too worried for that hardworking duo?

Both members of ᴍᴇᴢᴢᴏ’’ were younger than him by several years, he didn’t put it past Sougo’s responsible nature and Tamaki’s temperamental tendencies to keep each other in check. 

          I shouldn’t take very long then...

His anxiousness does, however, lifts as he breaks into a hearty laugh of amusement and relief after Sougo gives him a quick explanation of the situation at hand.
