Sydney Bristow is one of my favorite characters in anything, ever, full stop. She’s brave and stubborn and loyal and strong and resilient and there are literally no words that can sum up all that she meant to teenage!me staying up on Sunday nights just to watch her. She’s a total badass, incredibly competent, and, no matter what shitty twist life throws at her, she keeps trying and she keeps hoping and she never gives up. She falters, she cries, she gets angry and frustrated and doubts herself, but she never stops trying to do the right thing. She’s abso-fucking-lutely brilliant and I abso-fucking-lutely love her.
