Stage 1, The Beginning: 

The Human's soul is stripped from it, and it's mouth sealed, preventing it from speaking any more lies.This stage is the shortest of them, and the process of it can take at most three hours.

Stage 2, To Regain What Was Lost: 

In a fit of panic, the subject begins scratching at its skin, attempting to pull open the mouth that has been melted shut.

Stage 3, The Reapers Grasp: Submission. The subjects submits to its state and the Reaper's instincts begin to take hold. It becomes ravenous as the emptiness of the subjects soul becomes more apparent and it begins hunting those like it once was. Liars. In an attempt to fill the hole inside it. It continues scratching at its mouth.

Stage 4, Less Than Human:

In this stage the reaper loses all that made it human. With its soul gone it slowly gives into it’s own insanity and tears into the skin of its sealed mouth using its nails. There is no salvation once reaching this stage.

Stage 5, The Liar's Reaper:

There is nothing left in the subject but the Reaper. Mindless instinct to hunt and feed. The goal of the scratching has been fulfilled, and the Reaper rips through the skin to make jagged holes that now signify it's mouth.

The transformation is complete.

Stage 4: Less Than Human

In this stage the reaper loses all that made it human. With its soul gone it slowly gives into it's own insanity and tears into the skin of its sealed mouth using its nails. There is no salvation once reaching this stage.
