Wiggog Y'wrath/ The Twisted King
-The most unknown and mysterious of the group, all but few of the legends about him have been lost to time, perhaps intentionally
-Unlike the others, it’s not just RainWings who had stories about him, all tribes have a few ancient legends about him, his appearance tends to shift between kingdoms, but the basic features remain such as him being a green dragon with tentacles and glowing yellow eyes
-has a mass of writhing tentacles connected by a thin membrane in place of ruffs
-scales have a strange, ragged, almost fur-like texture, with a few sharp bristles sticking out between scales
-extremely sociopathic and sadistic
-cleverest and primary ruler of the group
-shows neither mercy nor sympathy for his followers or adversaries
-serves as the leader, and will often lead the other Wings of Black as they enact his bidding
-incredibly tricky and sly, able to outwit dragons who try and oppose him
-can shapeshift into any other being, not including his brothers, any shape he turns into will always look slightly ‘off’, such as scales/skin having a slight sickly greenish tinge
-able to see into all timelines and the events within them (like futuresight), uses this knowledge to manipulate the current timeline to steer it down any course he finds entertaining, often resulting in horrific events or deaths
-when RainWings started going missing, some dragons blamed him, saying that he was picking them off one by one to destroy the Rainforest Kingdom
-doesn’t have a particular favoured victim type, will go after younger and older dragons alike from any tribe
-he will typically take a form that is more friendly-looking, such as a cute animal pet or a dragon of the same age, then gradually manipulate and twist the mind of his victim, until he can get them to commit horrific acts such as murder or converting them to his followers who will do whatever he demands
-he tends to go mainly after dragons who are unhappy or unsatisfied with their lives, through amplifying their greed and driving them to act on their selfish urges
-has the ability to affect a dragon’s sense of greed and increase their want for more, be it material objects such as jewels, or social status, or desire to belong, making it more and more overwhelming and demanding until the dragon snaps and does whatever it takes to achieve their wants
-goal seems to be nothing more than wanting to destroy all dragon life for his own sick amusement
