I managed to lose weight over the Thanksgiving holiday!

Thanksgiving Day was full of yummy food - but I completely forgot to take a picture of my plates and snacks. My cousin’s gf made a rice pudding that was to die for and my brother’s gf made an incredible pumpkin pecan pie that I ate for three days straight 😅 I met up with some friends for a biscuits and gravy brunch on Friday and then we had dinner at my parents house that night. We drove back yesterday and I had a Hardee’s burger on the road and then ordered some incredible spicy garlic wings for dinner.

But I met my step goal every day, kept my grazing to a minimum, and only had a calorie surplus on Thanksgiving. I am the QUEEN of balance and moderation 😇👸🏻 Go me!
