so will all this bullshit, i felt so hard for Nolan when it came out he was diagnosed with a migraine disorder because i’ve been dealing with it for so fucking long and it took me YEARS if not a decade and a half (because i was so little) to learn how to manage it and find something that works. obviously he is super fortunate and has the supports and tools at his disposal that most people don’t have, but it doesn’t mean it doesn’t suck and doesn’t come with consequences, like mental health issues. and people were so fucking hard on him like migraines are something that make him injury prone? like leave him the fuck alone. a lot of migraines are stress induced, and being in the situation he’s in, it’s not particularly shocking. i’m shocked more NHL players aren’t diagnosed (maybe there are, but we don’t know), because it’s a stressful environment! it just makes me sad how people are so dismissive of this.

Now not everything you can do, some of it requires actually being at the gym. I don’t have a squat rack for example, so I just multiple the squats I can do with my body weight and with dumbbells. I also use my dog cause he loves to be held. Hanna Oberg and Katie Crewe on Instagram and YouTube also have some FANTASTIC home work outs as well!

Also don’t feel like you have to do as many sets and reps as there are on here, you do what is comfortable for YOU.

Also please make sure if you’re doing HIIT, make sure you’re hydrated!

You understood why people invented leggings. Running in jeans was not something anybody should have to do. Ever. 

Yet here you were, chasing Roope down in the parking lot in your work outfit which included jeans. Of course.

You had been meaning to catch him after morning skate but you had gotten distracted by one of the trainers. So now you were having to literally catch him before he drove off. 

“Roope!” You called as you got close enough, slowing down. He stopped and as he turned around a confused expression came across his face,
