Blow clouds errday.

Brads phone rang “…Yeah park and come through, just say your my brother.”

Soon Luke opened the door to an unusual sight for man his age to witness - His brothers 2 week old son Bryan was strapped down on a table. Naked from the waist down, his penis brightly lit under a lamp, fully exposed front and centre. The older doctor getting some equipment ready.  Brad, sitting next to his son, motioned to Luke to come and take a seat.

 “Woah. Uh, Hi Doctor Jamison, I’m Luke. Brads brother - Sorry is it alright if I’m in here?

 “Sure Luke, no problem, its usually just the Dad’s but there’s no reason you can’t be here to watch with your brother.” The doctor answered

”He’s just got his anaesthetic. We’re waiting for it to kick in“ Brad said

”Oh ok.“ Luke looked down at Bryan ”Is that the only painful part, the needle?“.

”Yes hopefully, it’s usually effective enough to cover most of the pain“.

”Sure looks weird huh“ Luke said quietly to Brad.

Doctor Jamison heard and said “Bryan does have quite a long foreskin but yes that’s what they look like.  You’re both circumcised I assume?”

“Yep” both brothers answered in unison. Brad added “Of course! Isn’t everyone?”

“Yes, almost all the men around here are.” The doctor continued “In fact if you were born locally then I probably did your circumcisions myself right here in this room.”

Brad said “Yeah, that’s what dad said. It’s why we came here today.”

The doctor re-positioned the light above Bryan’s penis then picked up some tools. “That should be long enough. He won’t feel anything now. Lets begin.”

“Oh yes quite normal for this stage. The glans adapts to being exposed and once it’s dried out, the skin thickens and the colour becomes much paler. Closer to what we’re used to.” 

The doctor continued to separate adhesions around the corona and then lifted Bryan penis back so he could work on the underside. “This is the frenulum” showing the webbed skin beneath Bryan’s foreskin. “I cut that right out to give a cleaner look. It serves no purpose without the foreskin anyway.”

Luke remembered what he’d read the night before about the frenulum being a male g-spot for those who still had one. Brad replied “Whatever you think Doctor, just make it a good one.”

The doctor positioned the gomco bell over Bryan’s glans and gathered as much foreskin as he could pull through the clamp. He carefully worked to get as much of the inner foreskin through, so that Bryan would have a scar very close to his sulcus.

“Well Brad, how does that look?” The Doctor said “You said you wanted the circumcision to be very tight like we’d given your friend Josh’s boy Jaden. Is that enough foreskin to be removed?

Luke, puzzled, looked at Brad, who appeared a little flustered. He quickly looked at Luke than the doctor, and replied “Uh, yeah Doctor thanks I do want it to be tight - I think it’s better that way. If you can take any more I’d be happy but if that’s the best you can do I understand.”

Luke watched Brad, now avoiding eye contact with his brother.

“OK if you like.” He re-worked his forceps and pulled a few more millimetres of skin through the clamp.

“That’s great thanks.” Brad quickly adjusted himself.

Luke stayed quiet.

After fully locking the clamp and waiting the required time, the doctor deftly sliced off all the skin. And placed the tissue in a tray nearby. It was a hell of a lot of skin thought Luke.

Brad answered “Excellent. Thanks doctor. He looks great. Better than I’d hoped”.
