1) Vampire the Masquerade: numerous vampires across your domain have been swelling up with fat out of control. While it isn't uncommon for a vampire to glut to the point they're practically a blood balloon, this has caused some concern among the higher members of the Camarilla. Will you be able to investigate and put a stop to this conspiracy or will you become a prisoner of your own flesh like your kindred before you?

2) Monster of the Week: a week back a few students at a local University had broken into a pizza parlour in the middle of a drunken night that has long since been abandoned. The next morning, they were found by their compatriots several hundred pounds fatter, as balloons of fat. It's up to your group to investigate this strange happening at the parlour. I hope you're ready to have your fill of fun (and pizza!)

In dungeon crawls and fantasy adventures, I consider that a defeat of some sorts and its now the job of the other players to try and make use of the situation - either trying to deflate their bloated compatriot or to use them to their advantage.

2) magical university, slice-of-life game. Inflation can be used with spell misfires and as pranks, so watch out!

3) underground, survival horror. Party has 30 days to escape the Under Dark until they swell up into blueberries as they're being chased by hot, domineering drow.
