Getting âThiccâ Ass Cheeks: For Transgirls
If youâre like me, you want a thicc ass.
In this post, I am going to be giving you advice on both diet, exercise and other information on how to improve your overall health as well as obtaining a bigger bum.

Getting Started
There are many exercises and cardio workouts that can increase your butt size. For me, I personally enjoy walking & running as well as some squats.
If youâre new to this and not as fit as you would like to be, start out with something basic. For example:
10 minute walk, 5 minute jog, 2 minute walk, 5 minute walk and then 2 minute jog again, and keep altering these until you are tired. In all, you would like to achieve about 30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week to get started.
When or if youâre fit enough to you can go straight to a 35 minute jog and then 5 minute power walk at the end.
When walking, instead of using your calf muscles and walking around without any effort, tighten your butt when youâre walking and use the back of your upper thighs to move.
However do NOT do this for the entire 30 minutes of your walk. Do this for about 10 seconds every 5 minutes, or for a few minutes and then stop doing this for the rest of the walk, as doing this for long periods of time can effect your lower back and give you pains and effect your hip placement.
I also recommend doing the exercises on the beach. I personally find working out and walking to be boring around the neighbourhood, but I honestly lose my time on the beach, for the soul reason of it being so relaxing and peaceful. On top of that, if you feel too hot and sweaty, you can cooldown instantly in the cold water! And if you donât want to workout and just do a casual walk with your dog, that is also excellent!
Remember the golden rule. Everything takes time. You will not get results in two weeks of doing this. Even if youâre not getting the results instantly, you will mentally feel better which will improve your overall lifestyle and increase your motivation as you go along!
Walking up and down stairs is also an extremely effective way of increasing your butt mass.
On top of this, also add a walking lunge to your routine, which will increase your butt size and gain muscle in your upper thighs, helping them look extremely feminine as well as thicc.

Un-even terrain is the most effective way of increasing your muscle mass in your thighs and butt. Walking & running on the beach, up and down hilly neighborhood areas as well as exploring tracks that are designed for exploration.
Even if youâre not specifically doing exercises to increase your ass size, walking in itself is an effective way of losing weight, which in itself can help your butt look better when you lose weight.
Onto the final tip and the most famous one on increasing your ass size. Squats.
Squats are considered the most effective way to increase the size of your ass cheeks. Before implementing squats into your workout on the beach or wherever you decide to go, it is best to master the squatting at home. Getting the correct posture and form. You want to make sure you sink your hips, keep your back straight, and stick your butt out behind you so you donât injure your knees.
Start with your feet together. Step out to the side with your dominant foot (you will be moving laterally, so if you are walking down a path you may want to turn to the side, leading with your dominant foot). Â Â
Slowly lower your hips, making sure your knees donât extend past your toes.
Rise back into a standing position, bringing your nondominant foot in next to your dominant foot.
Do 12 reps. Your squats will carry you sideways, with your dominant foot leading. Make sure you perform the exercise on both sides, alternating leading with your dominant and nondominant foot.
There you go! If you want even more effective results, start using dumbbells while squatting!
Diet
Nuts
This is a must eat food if your goal is to get a bigger butt. Itâs packed with good fats and tons of protein to help grow your glutes muscle.
It helps to reduce your cholesterol levels, reduces constipation and itâs rich in vitamins and minerals.
Some of the best ones are almonds, pistachios, cashews and walnuts.
Oatmeal
This is one of the best foods for breakfast as itâs very filling and nutritious. It contains micro nutrients that will help to increase your muscle mass. In other words, itâs a fantastic food to grow your butt size.
It also does a good job at reducing blood cholesterol levels, reduces the risk of heart attack and also helps to minimize the risk of type 2 diabetes.
Protein shake
Thereâs a reason why body builders love to drink protein shakes before or after their workouts. Itâs a fast acting protein source that absorbs in your muscles pretty fast, especially after a workout.
So definitely drinking protein shakes will help you grow your butt bigger.
It helps with building muscle mass, maintaining blood sugar levels and decreasing the production of cortisol.

My Sissy Tips~
So I have had a lot of request, âHow can I become more of a sissy?â etc. I decided to put together a post of some of the things I do, and things that will help you, in your sissification. This post is âbloggyâ more than anything, so youâll just have to wait for more of my own sissy pics~  ;) Anyone can become more feminine, old, big, small, whateverâŠ. trust me, I am older than most might thinkâŠ. nothing is impossible, just a matter of how much you are willing to do! Letâs get started~
HRT (Hormone replacement therapy):
is NOT something you do to become a sissy. HRT is a serious decision, and should be made after consulting professionals (Doctor, and Therapist). I know itâs fun to read the captions about taking HRT etc⊠but it WILL cause permanent long term effects on your body, and can also lead to other permanent, dangerous, side-effects if not taken properly. From my own experience, when I was young and stupid, I do not condone HRT unless you are SERIOUSLY considering transitioning.
The Workout: Getting in shape is very important! The more feminine your figure, the easier it will be to pull of a feminine sissy appearance! This is make basic routine for my legs and butt (I am pretty thin otherwise, luckily). I do this 3 times a week. On the off days, I jump rope! Itâs a great, easy way to burn fat/calories, and you can do it almost anywhere. It is important here to mention, you want tone, slender muscles, not bulk; more reps, less weight. Also I donât really work my arms out at all, that way I donât have big shoulders etc⊠However, if you have extra weight in those areas, you might want to work on toning them down as well.
Body Hair:
Shave those legs sissy! Getting rid of body hair, is one of the most feminizing things you can do, that achieve almost instant results! I always see sissies posting pictures, asking how they look, and they are brandishing unshaven legs etc. This will break the illusion instantly (obviously the reason for this can very depending on what you define as being a sissy, and how feminine a sissy should be). You donât even have to shave all the time! For example, I use a beard/hair buzzer on the closest setting to shave my legs (if I am just doing photos), because the slight stubble will not really be noticeable, and I can avoid any razor-burn/ingrown hair etc⊠That being said, my hair is already quite fine/thin and not very dark. Some of you might have to shave completely. I suggest you look at many youtube videos on how to shave, to lessen the effects of burn etc. âBut I have hair EVERYWHERE!â Yes, some of us are not as fortunate when it comes to hair. This is one of those times where I mentioned in the beginning; âhow much are you willing to do?â Laser hair removal is cheap, and can effectively reduce/thin/remove body hair. Look into whats available near you!Â
Stockings:
STOCKINGS ARE SEXY!!!! Seriously, on those nice smooth legs, stockings will make your legs 10x sexier, and feminine, just how a sissy sluts legs should look. (Also, you can cheat here. If you have fine hair like me, just be lazy; shave your legs real close with the hair buzzer, then put on some black/nude sheer stockings, and your legs will look sexy smooth for photos!). Stockings can also help manage the appearance of your legs. They make them look longer and more tone. They also create a nice consistent color! Nothing is sexier than rubbing your smooth nylon legs together. It drives most crazy. (I love it when I guy rubs his hands over my stocking legs, and tears at the rump to get to my, lady parts hehe)
Makeup:
Is not as hard as you think, so donât be intimidated. It takes me about 20-30min to achieve a decent makeup look that I am satisfied with! There are literally thousands of girls on youtube doing howto makeup tutorials. Fine a girl with your same skin complexion and watch her videos. See what product she uses, how she uses it, and there is probably going to be a style of makeup that you like. Watch, practice, learn. You can buy the same makeup in the vids online. Also, there are makup apps on the phone you can use too (if youâre lazy). Get a nice clean shave, take a selfie, and makeup away! When I am feeling lazy, I use a combination of âAirbrushâ âYouCam Makeupâ and âPerfect365âł.Â
Hair/Wig:
A quality hairpiece is essential. A cheap party wig, is going to give you a cheap party lookâŠ. a quality piece, not only will look 10x better, but will last 10x longer with proper care. It will also look waaaay more convincing when you meet your guy in person! So donât be cheap here.
Clothes:
Donât just buy clothes that you think look great on the model, they might not fit you the same way. Buy clothes that work for you, and that show off your most prominent feature. For example: I donât buy hot-pants, because donât have a bubble-butt yet, and they just wouldnât fill outâŠ. However, I my legs, or probably my best asset, so miniskirt/dress all the way! Youâre a sissy, the sluttier, the better in my opinion (within the tips above). Online shopping makes this a breeze, just measure yourself, and look at size charts.
High Heels:
Nothing screams sissy more than having to prance around on a pair of slutty heels!Â
(Other Things To Consider)
Your surroundings. Donât take pictures in your bathroom, and clean your room. I nice clean room/bedroom background is really going to make your feminine sissy self stand out.
Photo filters can add a better sense of lighting if you have poor conditions or a not so great camera.
Be confident.
When meeting a guy, make sure they know what they are in for. Make it clear your a CD or just a Sissy etc.
