My name is Tamer Foad, and I’m reaching out to you during the darkest time of my life. I’m a 34-year-old father, once a GIS engineer and bodybuilder, now struggling just to keep my family alive.

My wife and I have three beautiful children: Mira (6), Aya (4), and our newborn, Tameem, who is just one month old.

The war in Gaza, which began on October 7, 2023, has turned our world upside down. We were forced to flee our home in Gaza City, leaving everything behind.

For months, we lived in a crowded refugee camp, barely surviving as food prices skyrocketed, and supplies dwindled. My weight has dropped from 100 kg to 71 kg as I’ve sacrificed what little we have to keep my children fed.

Now, even water has become a luxury, with unfiltered water costing $2 for every 10 liters. My savings are gone, and I can no longer afford basic necessities like food and milk for my children. It’s terrifying to admit, but I am desperate.I’ve launched a GoFundMe campaign in the hopes that kind souls will help us survive this crisis. But I know how overwhelming it can be with so many campaigns out there. Yet, I’m pleading with you to share our story. We can’t wait.

Hello, my name is Samer, and I am from the city of Gaza. My beautiful home and thriving business were once symbols of a good life, but now, they lie in ruins due to the ongoing war. I am reaching out to share my story, hoping to find compassion and support for my little boy, Yousef.

Yousef is only 2.5 years old and suffers from a critical liver condition that causes sudden and dangerous bleeding, leading to him vomiting large amounts of blood. His situation is dire, and he urgently needs lifesaving treatment outside of Gaza. His scheduled surgery was disrupted by the conflict, leaving us in a state of desperation.

In the attached pictures, you'll see the stark reality of our life. There are images of our once beautiful home before and after the war, and photos of my nutrition supplements store before it was destroyed. I also included a picture of me being honored by UNRWA school, and the heartbreaking aftermath of the school being bombed.

Currently, we are living in a tent in a refugee camp, along with millions of displaced people, forced to endure the sweltering heat after being driven out of Gaza by the Israeli army.

Please, be Yousef's hero and make a difference. Share our story, spread the word, and help us find a way to get him the treatment he desperately needs. Your support can bring hope to our family in these dark times.

This is Yousef. He is two and a half years old. Yousef suffers from esophageal varices grade VI and needs treatment for the same. However, lack of medicine in Gaza has made this very difficult.

Dima is fundraising in order to evacuate her family (two adults and one child) to Egypt and provide treatment to Yousef. She has a goal of €25,000, out of which she has raised €4,192 only.

The money that you will donate will be used to pay for crossing into Egypt, pay for Yousef's treatment and minimum living expenses.
