Right before this run, I was in tears. Like boo hoo crying (thank you @decolonizing_fitness fpr holding space for me). ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ I felt exhausted from the long work week, actively building a thriving business is NOT for the faint of heart (shout out to my busy entrepreneurs out there)๐๐ฟโโ๏ธ๐๐ฟโโ๏ธ๐๐ฟโโ๏ธ My mind was starting to tell me to "give up," "quit," and"don't start now." So, I just let the tears run down my face, pour out of my body. I felt better after a good cry. Then, I got up and aimed for today's goal: 4 miles. I was determined not to be self-defeated. I matter. I'm important to me, not just the people amd the things I've committed to, but actually taking care of myself is equally as important to me. ๐๐ฟโโ๏ธ๐๐ฟโโ๏ธ๐๐ฟโโ๏ธ Moral of the story: it's okay to just let it out. "YOU ARE WORTHY" and "YOU CAN DO THIS!" Never give up on you. Let that cry out, scream if you want to, do what you have to do to keep going. Yourself is counting on you - show up.
